It looks kind of sketchy when you first look at it, but it is well maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. The price was pretty cheap. my socks looked like they weren't even washed. I don't walk around but in my home so there's no was I collected a ton of dirt. they folded my clothes great and all I had to do was put them away. at $1.50 lb x 95 Lbs ( what I had) came out to $142.00. a bit much IMO. the guy who took my laundry was real nice. read more

Very clean and maintained appliances. The owners/employees are magnificent. I won't go anywhere else.

Turnaround service here was good, however my pinks mixed with everything else and turned my whites pink. I'm not sure why. I didn't ask for them to separate them but maybe the water was too hot. Either way good Laundromat. They also do all the work for you if you prefer that. I dropped my laundry off at 1pm and they had it back to me by 6pm. read more

The machines seem dated and you can see some dirt and grime in the creases, but it's moderately clean overall. Prices seem kinda high, but it's a university town so maybe that's why. This laundromat is one of very few within 10 miles of the RV park we're staying at. There's only 1 large $6 washing machine, all others are a double 18 lb washer at $2.50 a load. My complaint is the compartment where laundry soap goes is caked with Mold & Mildew, YUCK!! We're finding another laundromat. read more

Stopped in while traveling to do our laundry. Able to conveniently park our 30 ft trailer on a side street but there is also plenty of other parking next to the building. Exceptionally clean with new double machines ($2.50). We used one triple machine ($3.75) and dryer for 30 minutes ($1.25). Some of the BEST PRICES we have encountered. My past experiences here have been great, I even felt welcomed up until this last visit where I not only felt uncomfortable I also had a pair of expensive pair of pants go missing. I waited awhile before I called I thought I'd check my whole house before calling even though I know what bag I put my item in (the no dry bag) When I did call I dealt w the same attendant worker and was told to feel free to search my own belongings again because he knows that all my items were returned. I asked to speak to someone else more helpful he informed me that he owed the business and there was nothing he could do for me. read more

They won't make change using a card, but they direct you to an ATM (that they make $ from) that costs as much as a load. This site says they take Applepay, but they did not mention this to me. they should include this practice in their advertising. I want to another laundry. read more

Well priced laundry - drop off is $1/lb. and DIY machines are cheap too. Avoid coming here during the lunch hour during the school year - Hellgate High School students flock here for cheap hot dogs and soda. Be wary: the owner is rude and talks down to everyone (especially high school students and guys by themselves), but if you can stay under the radar or show up when he's not working you'll find a decent place to work while your clothes are laundered. I've never eaten the food here, I don't particularly trust re-re-heated Costco hot dogs, but the soda's good and not too expensive. read more

It's hard to believe how difficult it is to find those two things in combination so close to a university. So, I was so very glad to see the nice looking diner type bar at Sparkle Laundry - coffee!!! I strolled in, not knowing quite what to expect, and I hear soothing jazz, a comfortable sitting area and bar, the ability to eat some yummy if not healthy snacks, reliable wifi, -- oh!, and a laundromat. I'm actually sitting here as we speak. I like this place a lot. The owner is extremely friendly, willing to help, and is quick to get you what you want/need. Prices weren't too bad, $2.75 to wash per load, and $1.25 to dry on high. I was able to get three loads of washing into one dryer, which was really nice. We needed to do wash during our 3 week trip visiting national parks. We needed a place with a drop off service; this fit the bill and had good Yelp reviews. Staff was nice, we dropped off the wash and picked it up a few hours later..perfect! It was nicely folded when we got it back. No one wants to waste time doing wash on vacation! Pricing was fair..we paid 15 for 2 large loads. The self serve washer/dryer area looked clean/nice and it felt pretty safe. There was an area to use computers/wifi and a small snack bar. Ok, no one has reviewed this place since it got a new owner and what a difference it has made. A younger guy owns and manages it now and made it a great place to do your laundry. I come here because it is way cheaper than green hanger, all the staff are really nice and they have wifi. If you get freaked out by highschool kids then don't come here around lunch time since the school is right next door and they all want pizza and candy. I personally have never been bothered by the kids coming in for 30 mins and then they all go back to class. They take quarters but will give you change if you need it. All the machines work great and never had a problem with parking. I have been a repeat customer for about a year and will continue to come here in the future. Keep it up Sparkle! read more

I went here despite a few negative reviews I read beforehand. It was just fine. They were putting the finishing touches on new hardwood floors and there were two other people doing laundry while we were there. The owner was great with my two young boys, helped my 4 yr old get quarters and was in general happy, helpful and pleasant. The only reason for a 4 star is I found everything just a little dirty. Bathroom, tables, floors.....but again, they were busy with upgrades so I can understand that. I was there when school was out, so I may have missed the craziness but I would try em again! read more

I moved to Missoula in May and spent the summer cleaning my laundry at Sparkle. What a GREAT place! The machines are well maintained and clean, the whole business is clean. While you do your laundry, you can read the paper, watch the big screen TV, connect to the wifi, and they have at least one person with impeccable music taste...Bill...he brings in a great collection of cool jazz to listen to. Bill is great and so are the other folks that work there. They have all kinds of good food too if you want a snack or coffee. They have a cash machine too. Sorta sorry I now have my own washer/dryer and won't need to go there anymore. if you need to have some one wash, dry and fold your clothes or if you are going to do this yourself Sparkle is a great place! read more
