The back of house staff, handing off food at the plane, gives off this feeling the most. In contrast, the front of house manager actually goes through the motions of asking each table how things taste. I find the outdoor seating to be a nice touch. I do wish the food temps were more uniform. My strawberry poppyseed salad today was cold, as though it had only come out of a refrigerator an hour ago. My cream of chicken and wild rice soup was too hot. I'm not sure where else in Newton you can reliably get this quality level this rapidly, though, so for now it's in the regular rotation.
