Unfortunately that was not the greatest, WAY too gentle, WAY too much oil, and hardly felt relieved nor relaxed after - I kept thinking "when is this massage going to start" even after for more pressure. My partner had the same experience as well. The new staff was getting supplies at Walmart but they were on their way back. I almost drove away but they ask me to wait and I'm glad I did. What pleasant people! They opened up their doors and got me right in. My back was killing me and I really need some lower back work. The masseuse was so attentive and very focused on getting the knots out. I took a 60 minute session and could not be more happy. My back felt like new and my pain had disappeared. I appreciated that the tea was served in a ceramic mug ( photo) rather than a disposable cup. I've been a member for nearly 12 years and in that time the member rates have doubled. Although I have considered canceling my membership, I have continued it, pay because of excellent massage therapists like Xavier who offers the ideal balance of experience, expertise, intuition, and technique.
