She does a great job and gathering all your medical history and current info to determine the best treatment options. She's hands down one of the best dr's I've worked with in 20+ years. Great office location, nice facilities, personable and friendly staff AND excellent medical care! No brainer. She's valid and a million times better than any dr in one of those large, well-known medical groups. We are glad we found her and you should be too. Tell me Im lying after your visit.

I REALLY like Dr. Blaise. She is very informative and takes the time to explain everything…read morethoroughly. I hate to not give 5 stars but that is because of some of her staff. Initial impression is everything and, as a new patient today, I nearly walked out of the office before even being seen. Why? I arrived at my appointment 1/2 an hour early and needed to use the restroom after signing in. I asked the Russian lady at the front desk if they were going to need a specimen (I was 99% sure theyd only do bloodwork but thought I would ask to be sure) and was told "I don't know. Ask the nurse." Ok..except I needed to go like then. So I sit and I wait for a few minutes before she calls me back up and asks me to sign some paper for today's payment of over $200. I pointed out that a specialist visit is not subject to deductable (I also do medical billing) and that my copay is $50. Her response? "I only give what I am told." Well miss lady you were told wrong. She got with the guy in billing and he had it fixed. If I hadn't known to question this I would have been out that money. Finally I see Dr. Blaise and, again, I really liked her. She has really good bedside manner and explains everything. I left feeling comfortable with what she told me. BUT..... As I checked out (with the Russian lady again) I received the orders including for a sleep study. I asked if I could use a certain facility because my husband recently had one there and it was nice. She told me their preferred facility because "it is cheaper." Ok folks, I'm sorry but at this point I really was wondering what her deal was. I didn't ask for financial counseling, or express hardship. In fact I recall telling her I met my deductable within the first couple weeks of the year due to diagnostics I had. So why are charges of her concern? The preferred facility had bad reviews (like 1.5 stars) so no. I want to go where I want to go. I hope Dr. Blaise gets her in line because I usually don't have that type of patience so any other day I would have left.

If negative stars were an option, that is what I would give to this facility because I think even…read moreone star is being too generous. While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. Good luck if you decide to put your health in these people's hands.

Pitiful Care & Lies - What Did I Do to Deserve This?…read more I just have to say--the care I received at your office was absolutely pitiful. And let's be real, it had everything to do with discrimination. Whether it was my ankle monitor, my insurance status, or something else--y'all made a conscious decision to treat me like I was less than. Let's talk about Mr. Deep for a second. I asked him point-blank: "Do you think this has anything to do with a Baker's cyst? I've had them 3-4 times before, but it never spread into my calf." He looked me in the face and said, "No." Guess what? It was a Baker's cyst. So, either he didn't know what he was talking about, or he just didn't care. Meanwhile, I was in excruciating pain and just needed something--whether it was the meloxicam (which wasn't available until Monday morning) or ANYTHING to get some relief. Instead, I had to go to another doctor, who actually helped me by prescribing prednisone, which finally gave me some relief. And let's talk about the lies. Y'all told me Dr. Potts doesn't do knee replacements. If that's true, fix his online info because that's false advertising. You told me you called in my meloxicam, but guess what? You waited THREE DAYS to do it. Why? Now, you're trying to get rid of me after I've been seeing Dr. Potts for 2.5 years? What did I do to deserve this? I've had conversations with him about growing up around Jimmy Andrews, about vacationing and duck hunting with them. And now y'all want to treat me like I don't matter? And another thing--Mr. Deep had the nerve to pull up my X-rays and tell me my knee isn't quite "bone on bone," so I shouldn't be in this much pain. Excuse me?? He straight-up said their patients either just deal with the pain or get surgery. What kind of nonsense is that? Let me be very clear: I wasn't looking for pain meds. I don't even take them. I was in agony and could barely walk for a week. I saw y'all once, then my girlfriend insisted I get help, and THIS is what I got? At the very least, y'all could have had my meloxicam ready the same day when I spoke to the lady on Friday. But you couldn't even do that. This whole experience was shameful. Moye Colquitt
