Got a recommendation from friends, and I can honestly say it's a pleasurable experience, despite my fairly significant anxiety about dentists' offices. I went yesterday expecting to have my regular hygienist, Kathy, only to find she no longer works on Mondays. When I tell you I was completely freaking out inside at the thought of seeing someone new...well, I was freaking out. I was also irritated they didn't let me know about the change so I could have rescheduled with Kathy on a different day. Larhonda was my hygienist yesterday, and I just can't say enough about her. She was gentle, kind, and she empathized with me that Kathy wasn't there. She got me all the comforts I usually need to get through a cleaning - a soft blanket, nitrous, and a neck pillow (I'm a baby about these things, what can I say). She was very reassuring and customer service skills were just off the charts. So in hindsight, this situation actually worked out well. Now I have two kind hygienists at this practice, instead of just one. Larhonda is an excellent addition, and I'll look forward to seeing her again. She's lovely. All the more reason I will remain loyal to this practice and continue to recommend them to people like me, who have severe anxiety over dental visits. I truly appreciate how the entire staff is so kind and validates my fears and helps me to stay regular with my appointments. Thank you all!

Which turned out to be just in the nick of time, as I had several tooth issues happen all at once. She was professional, courteous, and worked alongside me to replace several crowns and give me several new ones. Dr Rudd doesn't use laughing gas, but will not hesitate to use all the novocaine in the office if she needs to, which is great for me because I have the lowest possible threshold for pain. I've never encountered any issue with her care. Once time I needed to be seen quickly for a minor adjustment (grinding down of one of the crowns) and she made room in her schedule the next day, even basically opened the office for me. I have no doubt that she would go above and beyond for me, and that's not something I ever got form the cookie-cutter dental practices. I highly recommend her, though I imagine that she's hardly needing my advertisement. Each time we've gone the waiting room has never been empty.

The practice was recommended by a church friend. When I was not having problems with my teeth, they were great. They did a filling on my front tooth which was well done. The hygienist is friendly as is Dr. Rudd. There were several events that transpired my last years with this practice that caused me to leave. The first of these concerns two crowns that needed done. One was a replacement and the other was new. When they did the crowns, I was not numbed properly. Dr. Rudd seemed to get irritated. She did and does not have a dental assistant. The crowns were put on and there was still sensitivity that was dismissed after every appointment when brought up. Food kept getting caught in the crown area. I ended up changing dentists and found out that the sensitivity was from a nick in the tooth of those crowns that was done by Dr. Rudd. She nicked the one tooth when drilling and preparing the next. I almost lost the tooth because the nick went deep. The new dentist saved it, and so far it seems to be okay. I had to pay out of pocket to replace a new crown. I was fine with it because I did not trust Dr. Rudd to replace it. The other events had to do with another crown. The temporary crown was installed and the root was exposed. It caused extreme sensitivity. I was dismissed and told the sensitivity was normal because I was wearing a temporary crown. When arriving for my permanent crown, Dr. Rudd didn

They did some miracles on my teeth today, after 5 days of intense throbbing and grinding pain from one molar I had that got infected. It was one of the few times I was excited to go see Dr. Singh as I knew that he and his staff would take good care of me, and I would have traded my arm and leg to get rid of the pain I went through on my own punching walls in my house to relocate it, even if it was just for a few seconds. Their staff if very professional and friendly, and their office is very large, with plenty of parking space and Hcap access, and you will even have a choice of media entertainment as they work on your teeth. I have no complaints at all for the cost as the Doctor and his team do such excellent work. Never short change yourself, especially when it comes to your teeth and body. Come see the good doctor here, you will be in good hands and you will be satisfied once you see and feel the results of the work they can do.

Unacceptable Experience and Concerns Regarding Hygiene and Billing…read more I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent dental cleaning appointment. My experience was highly concerning due to misrepresentation regarding insurance coverage, questionable billing practices, and, most alarmingly, a severe lack of sterile protocol from the dental assistant. From the outset, I was informed that my routine cleaning would be free as the office was in-network with my insurance carrier. However, when I inquired about potential charges, the staff was evasive and unclear, which immediately raised a red flag. The most concerning aspect of my visit was the dental assistant. She appeared to be new and demonstrated a profound lack of awareness and training. She repeatedly failed to hear or respond to the dentist's instructions, requiring him to repeat himself multiple times. Her hygiene practices were particularly alarming: * She frequently put her gloved fingers in my mouth, then immediately touched the computer screen, and then returned her same gloves to my mouth. * She handled the X-ray gun with these same contaminated gloves, touched the screen again, and then put her fingers back in my mouth. * At one point, she put a pen in her mouth and then proceeded to put her fingers back in my mouth. This blatant disregard for sterile technique significantly increased my anxiety during the appointment. Following this, the dentist informed me that I had tartar and inflammation only on the right side of my mouth and recommended a deep cleaning costing $720. Given the previous issues and my knowledge of my own dental health, this assessment felt disingenuous. I immediately expressed my desire for a second opinion, as I was confident there was no such issue, especially confined to only one side. My insurance plan covers two cleanings per year at no cost. After leaving your office, I promptly scheduled an appointment with another in-network dentist, where I received a proper and thorough cleaning without any issues. However, shortly after my visit to your office, I developed a sore throat, which I strongly suspect was a direct result of the dental assistant's unsanitary practices and cross-contamination. I urge you to address these serious issues immediately, particularly the unhygienic practices of your staff. No patient should be subjected to such a risk of infection. I also recommend a review of your billing transparency and the accuracy of your dental assessments. To the smooth dentist aka Bollywood: don't have your staff lie and say you're in network when you're not. That's fraud. Scamming money from your patients will bring you nothing but bad karma ok Bollywood. So don't do it. Be honest you'll be a better person.

He gave us a good overview of the pros and cons of the procedure and what to look for during her recovery. He was extremely patient and gentle with my scared little one, who could watch a cartoon during the procedure. Even better- they charged us $1,000 less than the pediatric dentist had quoted us. Thank you Dr. Cornay!
