Here's a breakdown of the work: - Finished construction of an unfinished basement - Herbert guided me through the entire floor plan, explaining the electrical layout, wall placements, and ideal appliance orientation - Built a kitchen from scratch -- excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail - Painted the entire house, including ceilings, walls, floors, and even the garage They completed all of this in just over two weeks, working 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM. The quality of the work was outstanding. Herbert was reliable, responsive, and extremely accommodating. I had multiple change requests during the job, and he handled all of them without hesitation. After getting several quotes, Herbert's pricing was the most competitive. All work was completed to code and with professionalism. If you're looking for a skilled, jack-of-all-trades contractor, Herbert is your guy. He brings in specialists for larger tasks (electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc.) and manages the project seamlessly. I'll definitely be calling him for future work on my properties and strongly recommend him to others.

George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use. I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare. Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors. Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.

They are Two thumbs Up in my opinion and work really hard to exceed expectations no matter what the job is. Give them a call and help them, help you! All because I was following the condo associations rules, especially since my wife is the president of the board, as mentioned. It's a bold strategy cotton, let's see if it pays off for him! He also fails to mention that his conversation with Crystal (a black woman since we're mentioning race) took place 3 days before the job was to be done (and almost 3 weeks after he told me he'd send over the COI). I also paid the deposit for the job and secured the date on May 4th (not the 19th as insinuated). All I have to say is that if you do business with Willie...good luck! I had hired Cabarello Painters twice before for my rental property, so they were my go-to hire to paint my condo before new tenants were moving in. I called up Willie (the owner) and scheduled about a month ahead of time as we had a tight timeframe between move out and move in. I paid the deposit to secure the slot. At the time of booking, I informed Willie that per my condo building's rules he had to sign a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This is required for all venders (plumbers, movers, contractors) that do work in the building as it is a high rise. No other contractors/vendors I have used had any issues providing the signed COI per the building's instructions. Willie initially pushed back on this, but after I confirmed the requirements with my Building Manager, he told me that he would "send it to me tomorrow." About two weeks later I had still not received the COI from Cabarello painters, so I followed up again with Willie, who told me he had sent it, and to ask the Building Manager to "check her spam folder." After confirming that the manager didn't receive anything, I asked Willie a 3rd time if he could provide the required COI. Instead of sending it over, he asked to speak directly to my Building Manager, so I provided the required contact information. After their conversation he called me back angrily stating, "They want me to cover everything to the left, right and above and below - F&%K that, man!" I later found out that he took a similar tone with my Building Manager as well. Three weeks after accepting the job, he told me that he would not be able to do it and he would refund the deposit. I now was left with only a few days to schedule new painters in the tight timeframe between move out and move in. If Willie had simply been honest up front and told me that he could not or did not want to do the job because of the insurance requirements for vendors, I would have understood and simply found another painter, which I ultimately had to do under extreme time pressure. Instead, I was lied to multiple times and treated very poorly, especially for a repeat customer. I was very disappointed that this happened because I had used Cabarello painters before at my rental property and was satisfied. Finally, to add insult to injury, my deposit was paid back to me after a month, instead of the 15 days that Willie had promised me on the phone and I was not refunded a "materials" fee, which he had never mentioned. Unfortunately, it seems to be Willie's MO - telling you one thing and then doing another. After hiring Cabarello Painters for multiple jobs in the past I will not hire them again.

I didn't think that was possible! He was quick and efficient and honestly just did a wonderful job. And huge thank you to Mitchel for coordinating the project. Working with him was so easy from day 1. I have rarely been able to get a quote, coordinate costs and payments and have a project started and completed in so little time. Mitchel was responsive, helpful with my many questions about paint (I am decision-averse, so I over analyze everything!) and just generally easy to work with. I will 100% look to work with Mitchel and his team again.

We recently hired That 1 Painter for a large exterior and interior painting, drywall finishing, and…read morecarpentry project in our home. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and fell well short of what we expected, especially considering how much we paid. One of the biggest issues was the lack of consistent, on-site project management. Communication was often unclear, and we had to follow up repeatedly about problems that should have been caught and handled by the project team. For a job this large, we expected someone to be on-site overseeing the work and making sure everything stayed on track. We also paid extra for Level 5 drywall finishing, which is supposed to provide an exceptionally smooth surface. The results did not match that expectation. During the project, a heat gun was used to dry the paint, which caused bubbling in the finish, which management blamed on the paint. Those bubbles are still visible today and are a lasting reminder of the poor workmanship and lack of quality control. The billing process was another source of frustration. We found discrepancies involving the agreed-upon pricing, additional charges, and material costs. Some work appeared to be billed separately even though it was included in the original scope, and our deposit was not clearly reflected on the final invoice. When homeowners spend this much on a project, they should be able to expect good communication, quality work, proper supervision, and accurate billing. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with That 1 Painter. Based on our experience, I would not recommend That 1 Painter.

For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. Wilmer is warm, personable, proactive, and an excellent person to have on your team as a part of the work to transform your space! His team is also wonderful, expert, and easy to be around (I know, because i hired them for a second job and this time didn't leave town). Feel free to reach out to me with questions.
