It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. I hired Lee to come in and install a shower door at my house. He quoted me a much higher price than…read moreother quotes I had received but said he could do it the next day so we decided to just go with him. After installing the shower door he had placed shims under it and asked that we didn't open the door for several days, which we adhered to. When we finally opened the door we noticed that either he or his son (who he brought as his helper) had broken the tile that they had mounted the door hinge to. I immediately sent him a picture and said that the tile had been broken. He immediately placed all the blame on me and claimed that it was like that when we got there, which we know for certain it was not. When I proceeded to asked why he had not said anything before installing a hinge over a broken tile he said I should have said something, "that was my bad". Although he took no responsibility for any of the damage. So we ended up overpaying 300$ for 30 minutes of work and cents worth of material, only to have our bathroom tile broken and then have him nastily say he had nothing to do with it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, save yourself the hassle.

I reached out to him for help with a job that was a replacement of a commercial Storefront Door, frame, and windows- a job that could have very well ran over $10,000 in which he would get most of. I cannot do the frame and glass. within my Locksmith career, I was never properly taught how to do a continuous hinges. So which I had asked if that was something he could help take care of. (Even though when you order the new frame, you can order it pre-hung so asking how I don't know how to do. A con continuous hinge was completely irrelevant and unnecessary) He continue to then insult me and ask if I was really a Locksmith and- if I was a Locksmith, how do I not know how to do a continuous hinges. He was extremely rude and again by far the most unprofessional person I've ever spoken with in my entire Locksmith and work career.
