About G.H Mirage, Hauppage NY
On August 17, 2026 I put all my trust on G.H to finish my brand new bathroom by adding a glass enclosure with a glass sliding door. The work crew lead by Julio Galicia came to assess the shower project, they measured the whole shower area and Julio mentioned a new shower sliding door system, he sold me the idea of something new, I agreed and we decided to go ahead with the project.
Subsequently during the week they came with all the APPARENT necessary materials and tools, as they began to install the glass walls and the new door system, they started to stumble with the work, they discoverd that they came with an incomplete system and they were also missing parts and tools, Julio said that they needed to go back to the shop to order missing materials and get the necessary tools.
They returned the following week and attempted to complete the project, but they didn't have the necessary equipment again, this confused work visit occurred four times during 4 different weeks, he advised us to use the shower as is, we had informed him that the glass enclosure had leakage in all the gaskets and silicon seals, also informed him that the door fell off the track and we couldn't make use of the door due to safety concern of having an accident with a broken glass door.
We made several phone calls and texts that went unanswered.
Now we are in September 29, 2026 and they never called us back after multiple requests to come to make the necessary repairs.
I have been very patient with them, I had to struggle for about 43 days without a shower and they never attempted to make things right, this G.H crew is very inconsiderate, unfortunately I picked the wrong company to finish my bathroom.
I'm writing my story so many of you that are thinking about hiring G.H Mirage for their project.
Please DO NOT ALLOW those people in your house, they are very inexperienced, irresponsible, incompetent with the glass project business.
