Kat pours her heart into her teams, and the loyalty of her dance family is a testament to that. She makes sure that her students are cared for not just in dance, but mentally and emotionally as well. She had taken ballet since age 2.5 and was 4.5 when she joined Mr. Phillip's dance combo class during "bring a friend" week. She loved it and decided to sign up for a summer Hip Hop and Tumble class. At the time, the classes were all online and Mr. Phillip still managed to get to know my daughter personally and push her to grow in her dance and tumbling skills through the screen. Once things opened up post-Covid, we continued to take classes at Perfect Pointe in person. My daughter has loved dancing there and even joined one of the competition teams this year. We find that we are at the dance studio often now. But, we still find time to play soccer, do Girl Scouts, and a few other activities. The staff and families at Perfect Pointe are friendly and encouraging, the choreography and costumes are age appropriate, and the variety of dance styles and teachers keep dance interesting for the kids. Forever Dancing is the real thing…read more If you're looking for a place where you can learn social dancing or take any dance style to a genuinely high level, this is it. It has the seriousness of a real dance school -- the kind where you learn to do things correctly -- but with warmth and a community that makes you feel genuinely welcome. The group and private classes are taught at a high standard to whatever your goals are, which means there's a learning curve at first, but that's actually the point: you get real instruction, and the personalized attention in the group setting means you won't get lost -- you progress quickly, in a supportive environment where both the instructors and your fellow students are genuinely invested in your development. And most importantly, the classes are fun and a safe place to learn. What also sets it apart is the culture. This isn't a place where you show up, take a class, and disappear into the night with nobody particularly invested in whether you learned anything. The other students are warm and welcoming, you actually get to know people, and there's a real cohesion to the community. It has a culture -- something you feel from the first time you walk in. Fabio and Jennifer are true professionals, and that's not something you find everywhere. They bring both serious expertise and a genuine sense of style and warmth to everything they do -- the weekly classes, the dance parties, the performances, the trips. There's a panache to this place that sets it apart. If you want a studio where the atmosphere is welcoming and fun, and the dance instruction is excellent, Forever Dancing delivers on both. It is truly a gem.
