She's really great at making you feel comfortable out of your comfort zone. She challenges you but keeps the lessons really fun. She sees every little misstep and mistakes. Nothing gets by her. One of the biggest issues was the studio's unwillingness to address bullying and negative behavior among dancers. Multiple parents brought concerns to the attention of staff and leadership, yet there seemed to be little accountability or meaningful action taken. As a result, many dancers were left feeling unsupported. Another concern was the inconsistent enforcement of studio rules and expectations. Certain dancers appeared to be held to different standards than others, creating a perception of favoritism and unfair treatment. When rules are applied selectively, it can be discouraging for children who are working hard to meet expectations. Most concerning was the emotional impact on the dancers. It became far too common to see children leaving practices upset or coming home in tears. Dance should challenge and inspire young performers, but it should also be a place where they feel safe, respected, and encouraged. We hoped these issues would improve after we left, but after speaking with several current families, it appears many of the same concerns remain. Every child deserves an environment where they can grow both as a dancer and as a person. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. This is a shame DO BETTER!!!

She's not in daycare and stays home with me so we figure it would be good for her to make other friends her age. They start as early as 2.5 years old which is the class we had her in.
