Husband asked the older woman if she wouldn't mind double wrapping the cheese, as we're about 1.5 hours away from Zern's and it is a long ride home in a hot car with a dairy product. THE EMPLOYEE SAID, YES, SHE WOULD MIND DOUBLE WRAPPING THE LB. OF CHEESE! Needless to say, we left without the purchase and we will never buy anything from that stand, ever.

You don't touch fresh meats, cheese, etc, without wearing gloves AND not touching other things such as your face, hair, money, etc. It's a health code violation. At least in some states it is.
