The decor and servers were nice, but aside from that, not good. I ordered 2 pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon, and my friend ordered an English muffin. It took almost 40 minutes for our food to arrive. There was only one other table who had not received food yet. The lady who seemed in charge reprimanded staff in front of us. There was only one server, and the cook also was serving us. I had not been to Frazier's Bakery since the original owners sold the store. It is now under the third ownership group. Yesterday, October 1, 2025 I took a chance and went to the bakery. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast. Ummmm Gooooood!!! The best chicken fried steak with fantastic sausage gravy I have ever had. The portions were ample and everything in the breakfast was fresh and delicious. As I was eating the chicken fried steak I thought, "This is like eating cake." I just used my fork, no knife, just the fork, and it cut through the meat like butter. I was blown away by the food and the awesome friendly service was just as good as the meal. First time with the new owners. Walked in to eat breakfast. Only 2 tables were full. The waitress looked at us as we walked in. No welcome, no smile. We sat down. Waitress walked by us with 2 glasses of water for the other table. Because she still never acknowledged us, my husband said hello as she walked by. She did say hello back. She walked back by us. No contact. 5 minutes later, she walked over to get our drink order. No smile. Brought our water, and coffee. Took our order. My husband said to cremate, well done, his link sausage. After a 39 minute wait, mind you, only 2 other tables, both had food, our breakfast came out. My husband did not get any butter for his French toast. His links were raw. I got up to ask our waitress for butter. She never did bring. I got up to pay our bill, as we got no ticket. As I walked up, she said, "oh, I forgot your jam?" I said, "no, you forgot my husband's butter for his French toast. He ate most of it with just syrup, and the links were raw, not even close to well done." No apology. Nothing. Again, by this time, still only 2 other tables were full, and about 3 customers had come in to get pastries. 1 of which had a long conversation with the waiter. No reason why no butter, or, no check in. My bill came to $30. My husband had the French toast, egg, and meat breakfast with coffee. I had 2 eggs and toast and water. I think we got charged for one of the other 2 tables. I should have questioned it. That's on me. Long story short... not busy.. worst waitress I have had in a very very long time. Never smiled. Never talked. Did not even ask my husband for more coffee. I don't blame the cooks. I think the waitress was the problem. French toast was great. Even with no butter... The waitress totally ruined our whole meal. Will not be back for a while. Hopefully they train, or hire a better waitress that acts like they want to be there. read more

This used to be our favorite place to eat but the last 3 times we have eaten here have been terrible. The service is super slow and it takes forever to get food or your order taken. There were only 2 other tables with 3 people at them so it was not busy. The 2 younger waitresses were on their phones instead of helping customers. Had to ask for Silverware and ask for water refill. Got an omlette and the bacon was so over cooked and so were the home fries and toast. Rock hard over cooked food lately. Baked goods were over done to. Not sure what has happened but it's not good. We used to come here weekly. I hope the new owners get that place in shape when they take over. read more

We stopped by Fraziers Bakery at the suggestion of a local and boy she we glad that we did. We had breakfast there at the suggestion of a local, and boy was it good at a very affordable price. I ordered a Cherry pie for a function, and they did not let us down.It was as great as homemade. read more

I stopped at this bakery around 9 AM, hoping to have a decent selection available... I was really looking for a donut. Unfortunately, the only donut was a chocolate old fashion that had a sort of hazy appearance. I bought it, and a cup of coffee. The donut was less than memorable. The three stars are because the wait staff was very friendly and asked how my day was going. They also offer a full breakfast menu, which the locals seem to be enjoying. read more

5 of us went in for donuts and 5 of us left happy with our donuts. They were HANDS DOWN the best I've ever had. I had the cream filled and it was delish. Together we all had the raspberry filled, peach filled, maple bar with the chocolate squiggle and apple fritter. I might recommend it but would warn them not to have the guy that helped us today help them. He gives VERY poor service! He crammed 3 donuts and 3 cinnamon sticks in a bag making for Nasty looking donuts when I got home. Then he ignored my brother to start helping someone else. And when my brother said i would like to order some cannolis (if looks could kill he would be dead.) He asked to have them put into a box the guy got the box and started throwing a dozen cannolis into the box instead of setting them in there nicely so they wouldn't be all broken. I was craving a pastry while browsing the antique stores in Coquille Oregon. That's where Frazier's Bakery comes in. I was surprised to see that it's not just a bakery; it's a full blown breakfast nook. I wasn't hungry enough for breakfast so I went straight to the bakery portion. I will say that the seating area looks warm and welcoming though. The bakery offers everything from maple bars, apple fritters, muffins, cookies to full blown cakes and pies. It all looks pretty delicious. I tried a sugar cookie and it was really good. The muffins got rave reviews from my companions. Would recommend checking it out if you're in the area. read more

The owner is a very nice 77-year-old soft-spoken gentleman who starts working at midnight. The coffee cups are pretty small so he allows me to take two cups for the price of one, so I don't have to make so many visits up to the coffee for refills. By seven in the morning, the place is really full as it only sits about 20 to 25 people. I try to get there no later than 5:30 in the morning but they open at 5 AM. There are usually two or three gentlemen already in there that are welcoming and give great advice. Oh yes, the food is great. No cinnamon rolls are made for some reason or another. read more

We have gone to Fraziers for the past 20 years. The thing I like most about it, is that it is consistent. It doesn't seem to vary in terms of taste, etc. Their prices are reasonable and for a coffee shop type place, they really do a nice job.Their breakfasts are hearty and good, and the donuts are fresh and good too. I've ordered cakes from them over the years..always pretty and good. I don't like bakery frosting, so I always request whipped cream frosting. Costs a bit more, but they will do this is you want. My food was little, ordered ham and cheddar scrambled eggs, it was greasy, asked for a side of fruit, got two pears and two peaches instead of potatoes and bread and they charged me $8.50. we waited an hour before we got our food! French toast is great and they cook a egg over medium like it should be cooked! They will please whatever picky palat is around. Dont go there looking for a hip awesome refreshing atmosphere.
