She provided what seemed like every service option imaginable for both exterior and interior washing from a car wash with pamphlets, explanations thereof, the works. With that noted, I was mission driven and wanted only to have a full clean of the interior without any unnecessaries. She priced it out to something fair, set expectations of a handful of hours to include drying the cloth upholstry, etc. When I returned, the car was in immaculate condition, and Autumn was there to answer any further questions I had. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the vacuum area was really gross and the area I went to was missing a vacuum on the left side so I couldn't vacuum my car all the way and all the other spots were full. I was told by the assistant manager that their insurance company would take care of it and when I never heard from them I started trying to reach the manager, Mike. I tried calling that number probably no less than 35 times at different hours throughout the day and different days of the week. I also started going there throughout the week hoping to catch Mike there. I started feeling badly for the assistant manager who clearly had seen this happen before. I finally started calling the Go Clean car I finally started calling the Go Clean car washes in Pensacola because they're related according to Sunbiz.org. The two in Pensacola had a voicemail and no one would call me back. I left probably four or five voicemail messages. I turned the whole thing over to my insurance company and they Tried to get in touch with someone and also found it to be impossible, so after the work is done, they're going to go after them through their own legal Processes. The other thing -- be forewarned if you get the monthly membership, there is no way to cancel it. There's nothing on the receipt you get that tells you how to cancel it, they have no website, and no one answers their phone. My bank finally had to turn it in under their fraud collection. I think this is the first time I've ever posted a negative review. I am very serious in my sincere warning to anyone, do not go here!

They do offer other services as in the attached picture although I haven't used any beyond the basic In/Out. They are located on the corner so make sure you enter from Tebeau Street and exit onto State Street (Ossie Davis Pkwy). Looks like they waxed over the pre-existing dirt rather than washing the dirt off first. We're supposed to clean the upholstery and the rugs- did not clean upholstery at all and only cleaned part of the rugs. Claimed there was no pricelist and charged me $100 "based on what you need"-- learned from other reviews that there IS a pricelist that they would not show me! This used to be a great place but I would never recommend it now.
