The workers are prompt. From checking in to scrubbing to front fender they are doing a very good job. They are polite also. read more

I'm a pretty big fan of this car wash. I've been come here for almost two years now. I love how convenient it is. It's not far from my house and it's a pretty good deal if you get the monthly pass. I usually take my car for a wash once a week here so it works out for me. The staff are pretty accommodating and their air fresheners tend to last a big longer than other car washes. read more

I would leave a negative number if i could, i moved from tallahassee January 2021 and called and had my membership canceled, the next month i was charged again, called back and they said they canceled it and refunded me. I recently hired a financial advisor last week which noticed I've been charged 21.49 since I've canceled my membership which adds up to be $429.80. I've tried calling the past few days and no one answers the phone, i just left a voicemail in hopes to get a call back to get this worked out and stop charging me, I live in TX. Will the owner please reach out to me and help correct this issue. I've tried again today contacting the store, I've called 17 times in a row and no answer. Where is the manager or owner ?? read more

In the last few months this car wash changed its name from Super Suds Express to Oasis Express Wash and is under new ownership. There are 5 options for a wash ranging from $8-$20 dollars. I got the $13.00 "Hot Wax and Shine" carwash which includes the following: Simoniz Carnauba Hot Wax * Bug Prep * Clear Coat Protectant * Rain X Rain Repellent * Tire Shine * Triple Polish * Wheel Clean * Wheel Well Blaster * Underbody Wash * Triple Conditioner * High Pressure Blast * Spot Free Rinse * Best Air Dry * Free Vacuums After your wash you can pull into the self service area where you can use the vacuum (they have tons of parking spaces with vacuums est. 20 spaces) and they provide towels for you to use for any of your needs as well! I definitely recommend. read more

This carwash is a SCAMMER!!! I went to have a carwash in November and they were trying to play a promo where I can save by paying 32$ every month. I told them I am a traveler and I won't be able to be in Tallahassee all the time to have a carwash. They insisted on putting a sticker on my car and said it will only be deducted if I go to their place. I checked my bank and they have been taking 32$ every month even if I have not been at their place. They are sketchy, so do not go here!!!! read more

Beautiful day, so we had the same idea as the rest of Tallhassee... wash my car. It was busy... no problem. But after we got our car washed (which seemed like it was on fast forward), we went to vacuum it and were told that the vacuums were mostly not working. Vacuuming is an integral part of the service that patrons pay for and should be notified IN ADVANCE of paying for a car wash if they are not working. Overall, a poor experience. Was thinking about buying a membership, but after this experience, I've reconsidered. read more

10/6/2018 - Saturday 11:45 am Coming here on a super busy Saturday morning, my review is strictly for the automated car wash as I did not utilize any other services while there. I purchased the $7 car wash and received exactly what I paid for. A basic wash that did a very good job on my PICK-UP truck! That's sayin a lot because most automated washes stop running once the truck bed is reached. The spinning brush heads did a thorough job cleaning along with the overhead cloth scrubbers. My only complaint to the entire process was NO exit lane. The vehicle ahead of me made a mistake entering the automated wash lane and wanted to get out of line without entering the wash. They ended up being forced to go through anyway. Yikes. And the whole thing caused a traffic jam of vehicles waiting in line for a wash! Make sure to retract or remove your radio antenna! read more

I paid extra money for a higher level of wash. The attendants rubbed down my truck before entering the wash. When my vehicle was finished, there was still bird poop on the hood of my truck and my mirror was broke. I reported it right away to the manager who said that I should have folded my mirrors in (while he saw them and didn't assist me). I asked him to write an incident report. That report was minimal wording and he wasn't even going to give me a copy of the report. He said they don't usually give out reports. I made him give me one. He said the main manager would call me in two days. Almost two weeks later, I call to speak to Chris (manager). He didn't have the report but said "he remembered it". He told me that he reviewed the video and said that my mirror was broke before going to the car wash. That is absurd!!!!! I told Chris that was ridiculous. He didn't even have the report to know who I was so how in the heck does he remember my exact vehicle?!!!! I was upset that my mirror broke off. (Mark, the manager at the time of the incident, had to duck tape it before I could leave the car wash in order to drive home safe). However, for management to confidentially tell me my mirror was already broke before entering the wash took my anger up a few notches. I will NEVER go back to this car wash. I wish I would have read the reviews before going in the first place. However, I will warn people of not only the destruction of my vehicle, the half-done wash I received, but the attitude of management who blatantly doesn't care for the quality but only wants to receive money. Well, he got my money one time but due to my experience and his attitude - my advertisement of this facility cost his establishment more! So angry! Never, ever, ever go to this car wash. There are others in Tallahassee who are more reputable. read more

Decent experience for my first time visiting. The line can get long but that's expected as the weather warms up. I recommend that there's someone to help folks out with the payment options. The line hold up was because someone was having difficulties. I would swing back through here. read more

Went in to get a car wash today and we paid $16 for a supreme wash, we even tipped the gentleman a $1 each at the bug prep-station, asking them to take some time to get the bird poop off my car. We went through the car wash only to discover that we still had bird poop on our car, so we approached the management and asked to have the bird poop removed, then he said "that's what the rags are for" we asked for another car wash and he said no, so then we asked for half our money back, to which he responded "were not a detail station", i said then i will just give a bad review and his response was "i don't care, look how busy we are" read more

They treat their workers like crap. No breaks or lunch at all in a 12-7:30 shift. Bizarre punishments like making them stand at their stations until 8:00pm - when place closes at 7 and clean up is done by 7:30 with no reason given just that the manager says to punish them. They are not allowed to sit down all day. How is it legal not to give breaks to your workers? read more

The basic wash has gone up from $7 to $10 and it's not a wash, it's a "rinse" per the manager's explanation to me after I complained that I my car was still filthy after going through. I could literally write my name in the dirt on the hood and he said "that's because you bought the basic wash, which isn't a wash - no soap is used, it's a rinse." read more

Oasis has a program that I've not seen in most parts of the country. For about the price of 3 premium car washes elsewhere, you get a month of washes up to 1 per day. Additionally they have a station with vacuums, window cleaner and cloths to complete your car cleaning. The attendants spray all dirty areas, such as wheel wells, grill, running boards, before sending you through the process. I wish these existed in Oregon and Washington. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever experienced. First, they trap you once you turn in, when you realize this just a glorified and expensive drive through car wash for full service prices you cannot exit. I am 62 years old and have bad legs, had to wipe down outside, vacuum and the following day applied dash treatment and washed the MANY spots they missed. Do not even turn into their driveway! read more

Once you turn in you cannot exit the line. There's no option to get out of line so you're kind of forced to go through and initially I was thinking of buying a membership so I wanted to try it out. There is not a lot of soap or water really and when I got out the car and looked nice but then I noticed that the tire shine was only applied to my drivers and back tire but not the passenger side of the car.I have never gone through a car wash that did that and when I tried to contact management it they wouldn't answer their phone. There's a lot of other car washes in town for the same price that are better I'm not sure if it's because people with memberships are going through so often that they're so busy but I am definitely staying away from this one. read more

Just wasted money to get my car wet and watch a light show. Paid to get full clean, wax, wheels and tire shine. Had to wash my car afterwards and clean the wheels and use my own tire shine. Asked the attendant if they can run it through again and try to get it right and I was just ignored and he walked away. Save your money and do it yourself or try ANY other in town. This place is stealing your money. read more

You definitely get less than what you pay for here. I got the $7 basic wash & was very disappointed. When I got home there was still some dirt stuck on the front of my car, & it looked like there was still some scum on my windshield. On the plus side, you get a free vacuum with the wash, & there's free windex & towels available for use. Not sure if I'll use this place again, but it'll do for now. read more

Wish I could give them 0 stars. When you go here you are pretty much paying to wipe down and vacuum your car as the actual carwash leaves soap and drops all over your car every single time. On top of all this, the business model is so scummy as no one picks up the phone for you to cancel your membership at any of the 3 locations in Tallahassee. You are better off paying for a $15 carwash whenever you need it instead of throwing your money away. DO NOT BUY A PASS HERE!!! read more

Had a great experience at Oasis. My van was especially dirty after traveling 2 weeks and the guys did a great job preparing it before it went in the machine. read more

This is the best place to go if you don't want to start washing your car but you're eager to wash your own car. I say that because this car wash doesn't do a good job washing your car, getting the bugs off your car, rinsing your car or drying your car. Basically it's only good for getting your car wet. Don't waste your time complaining to the manager. His only response is "we have the best car wash in town." After I complained I gave them another chance. 2 weeks later, paid for big removal and it was horrible. I complained, told the manager would have to inspect before sending me through again and he said he was busy and I'd have to wait. After I completely detailed the interior of my car, he was still too busy to acknowledge me. The paint job on my front bumper and hood now has permanent bug damage. Thanks Oasis. read more

Do not give this company your credit card for auto monthly service. They have been billing me for a year even though I cancelled my account before I moved. The manager or owner will not return my calls or emails. I guess they feel great about ripping me off for around $300.00 before we caught the auto billing on our statement. Very rude and unprofessional not to return calls or emails from customers. Maybe it's because they know they owe me money. THIEVES HERE....BEWARE read more

First, I got ripped off. Paid the full $20 but only received the basic wash. Second, the employees look like they hate their customers and are needlessly impatient. So when I told the person who identified himself as the manager that I didn't get the full wash, he wanted to be rude instead of helpful. I don't need to give my money to people who treat their customers with disdain. read more

The car was is very good, the vacuums are excellent but the towels they have available to finish drying off your car are wet! They need a dryer! read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I went through the car wash three different times only to have the back of my SUV still full of dust and soap. When I tried to go back through to get the tri-color soap off the sides of my truck they would not let me go through again. The guy REFUSED and told me that the wash sometimes leaves soap and basically to get over it. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in a situation where I am paying someone for a service. I tried to cancel my monthly membership and no one answers the phone. I will never go to this car wash again and strongly encourage everyone to not patronize them. read more

Earlier this week, I purchased the big whale wash to wash my Honda Ridgeline. When i was at the machines where you swipe your card, i tried to purchase the monthly; it was very confusing and ended up getting the big whale wash. Got to the pre-wash station, the man told me they were out of air fresheners. After the wash i went to the vaccuum stations and there were still bugs all over the front of my car. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me that their was nothing he could do about it. He was very unprofessional with me; i don't think he was really a manager even though he wore a black shirt because he was the only one without his shirt tucked in and his pants were sagging down below his waist enough to see his butt crack. What kind of business treats their customers this way and what kind of manager dresses this way? I will not be coming back ever again and i hope that these problems are fixed in the future. read more

The management at this location does not care about customer service or making sure the equipment at this location is properly working. It's not worth the hassle considering all the other choices in town for car washes. And don't even bother trying to call and work things out. Their voicemail option is just a joke that they don't take seriously. read more
