Tunneling, bubbles and there was a pretty big gap between the edge of my window and where the tint was placed. I showed it to the guy and he offered to retint the four windows, which I appreciated. However I had to take more time out of my week than expected to get a tint job that I was happy with. I also never got an apology about the inconvenience. And there is also still big sized bubbles on the edge of my window, but I don't have time to keep going to the shop for something that should've been done right the first time. I won't be recommending this place.

Don checked us in/ collected the payment and was super nice letting us know about how long it could take as well as gave the option of contacting us once it was done. Price: We got an emergency tire replacement for a little over $100 with our car type which was pretty decent. Service time/location: We were on our way out after an hour and were able to go across the street to the nearby shopping plaza while we waited. Covid precautions: Don't quite remember a masks required sign at the door but all customers inside were wearing masks. There was socially distanced seating & self serve coffee available. Definetly recommend especially if your looking for quick & good service.

Re: Tennessee Street location…read more I've heard many great things about Universal Collision. Recently, due to a bad experience with a tree, I had the opportunity to experience the great service that I've heard all about and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The level of communication these guys provided was amazing, informative, reassuring and spot on with regards to the repairs my car needed. They remained consistent with keeping me in the loop throughout the whole repair process. I have never had to use my car insurance for damage repairs before, I assumed that was going to be a headache, I guess I'll never know. Thankfully, one of the team members from Universal Collision took care of that for me. Due to the repairs needed, my insurance company advised me that I should be prepared to be without my car for a week. I needed a rental car, the guys at Universal Collision also made that process quick, easy and painless. We dropped my car off at Universal Collision on Monday. I was not thrilled about being without my car for a whole week, so when we received the call on Wednesday that my car was ready for me, I was beyond happy. This shop epitomizes extreme efficiency and my car looked absolutely fantastic. They even washed my car and vacuumed the inside. These guys reaffirmed for me that there are still companies out there who focus on great service and the individual. I wanted to extend my thanks to the entire team at Universal Collision for the great service I received and for showing such care and compassion throughout a stressful and frustrating situation. This is an amazing company, friendly & professional in every sense of the word. Their entire team was so friendly and genuine. One of those places where you can feel how much they truly care about and value their customers as soon as you walk in the door. I'm officially a lifelong fan!!! Trina
