Got ceramic tints done here on my brand new car. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the shop a couple of times for them to get my tint right. Tunneling, bubbles and there was a pretty big gap between the edge of my window and where the tint was placed. I showed it to the guy and he offered to retint the four windows, which I appreciated. However I had to take more time out of my week than expected to get a tint job that I was happy with. I also never got an apology about the inconvenience. And there is also still big sized bubbles on the edge of my window, but I don't have time to keep going to the shop for something that should've been done right the first time. Absolutely outstanding / highly recommend! Super Dave honored the warranty on my car from 15 years ago! I had my receipts and warranty paperwork, and no problem. The windshield film had just begun to curl a tiny bit at the dash , no surprise from being outside the whole time for 15 Tallahassee summers! Owner is extremely arrogant and disrespectful and does not care about customer service. Prices are very high for the poor quality of products and services that his widow tinting place offers. I went to his place for a simple front passenger and driver window tint to match the rest of the tint on vehicle, but did not get the correct shade of tint. I tied to explain to the owner Dave what the issue was but was constantly I interrupted when I would try to speak. I was also treated with sarcasm by Dave the owner. That is no way to treat a new customer. I highly recommend that everyone stay far away from Super Dave window tinting . The poor service and poor attitude is not worth the hassle read more

The owner did not install the proper shade of tint to match my vehicle tint. when I tried to explain to Owner Dave what the issue was he constantly interrupted me and had no interested in solving the problem. The owner Dave is an arrogant and disrespectful person that cannot admit when he might be wrong. All that i was trying to accomplish was to have my two front windows matched to the rest of my vehicle factory tint ,but got nothing but attitude from the owner. My first experience with Super Dave's tinting was back in 2004, pre-yelp. I got all my windows tinted there, with a lifetime warranty. Though I no longer live in Tallahassee, I made my way back to Super Dave's this year to update the parts of my tint that had warped due to heat exposure in FL. The re-tint performed was great. Unfortunately, my back speaker cover did get a slight hole in it during the tinting process (it was fragile due to heat constantly poured on it from the sun). The guy who tinted my car informed me of it, also noting they would pay for the damages. One month later I went to get the speaker covers replaced, and the service+cost of the speakers was a bit costly. I called to inform the owner, Dave, of this. He was cordial and let me know they want 100% customer satisfaction, and to send me the receipt. Within a week of sending it, the check was written and sent in the mail. I didn't come here to get my windows tinted, I just happened to get a flat tire right next to Super Dave. Lance and John changed my tire and put on my spare without asking for anything in return, they didn't even accept the money I tried to give them, they just said that was their good deed for the day!
