Very disappointed with this company, to say the least. We hired them to move us in February, and…read moreit's been trouble ever since. The workers were fine, polite, and worked at a great pace, but they scratched the halls in our new home in several places, smoked marijuana at the home we were moving from, and destroyed our daughter's vanity. I called Jim, who was the one who gave us our quote and set everything up, and all he did was send someone out to spackle the walls. He eventually asked for a link to the vanity so he could purchase another one, but after attempting to follow up with him he has completely ghosted us. I have been calling several times a week for a couple of months now, leaving a voicemail every time, and he still won't call me back. To make matters worse, the one time I did get him on the phone to follow up with the wall repairs he had a smart mouth and mocked my impatience with him. We had spoken to other realtors before our move saying they have a horrible reputation, but we didn't believe it at the time because up to that point they had been very professional, but that all changed once they got our business. If you value your furniture and don't want to work with a coward that runs from accountability, definitely try someone else. There are plenty of other movers out there.

They were not the lowest price but seemed fair. But when it came time to move... it just became very unprofessional. They promised to help pack the day before but when the were supposed to come... First they were late, then the main guy showed up with his son and some trash bags. They basically put some clothes in a trash bag. They didn't help pack most of the stuff then complained that it wasn't ready on move out day AND THEY LEFT HALF THE STUFF. SEVERAL ITEMS BROKEN. NO REPLAY WHEN I NOTIFIED THEM. AVOID!!

Howard Johnson is going to make sure all legal documents are completed the right way the first time to prevent any issues. Hopefully it will be in long time in the future, but they will be in charge of my final arrangements when my time comes. This is the strongest review I will ever offer. My brother's Family Hour and Funeral was an extremely large crowd. They accompanied everyone with the same at both times. My sister's Memorial service was simpler and held in their Chapel. They had staff to help with both of them equally with dignity and respect. Their professionalism services is outstanding regarding making someone's final appearance! The best in the business!
