He immediately was able to recognize the severity of my condition and made a referral to another level of care in Philadelphia. Without his knowledge and compassion to get me seen immediately in Philadelphia my outcome today may not have been as positive as it is. My family and I truly believe he saved my life. I would highly recommend this doctor as an ENT.

I had an issue with my ear and they were able to see me the next day, but as a new patient with Dr. Mariotti. I was in the exam room and it was disgusting! The walls are in disrepair, there is a big promotional banner for hair plugs (in an ENT office- not sure how these 2 things are related), but what was gross was significant amount of dust on both the counter and the instrument table. I swiped my finger on the tool table and it left an impression from all the dust, which leads me to believe these tools are also unclean and not sterile! Dr. Mariotti comes in and I explain my 15 year history with my ear, he did not have my chart for review and asked several questions that he could have easily found answers to in my file. He made several negative comments about Dr. Stec, which I found unprofessional and disconcerting, given their past partnership and with whom I had a trusting relationship for many years. His remarks were off-putting. He was very sure of himself, spoke to me in a condescending manner, treated me like I don't know anything about my own history. Dr. Mariotti's negative comments about Dr. Stec, his lack of familiarity with my medical history, and his condescending manner left me feeling uncomfortable. I would not recommend this practice anymore! I would not recommend Dr. Mariotti for any consultation or any treatment!

They took care of my mom which is more than I can say about Lehigh Valley Hospital in Dickson city. They completely dismissed and discounted my mother's complaints and sent her home with a broken bone in her spine. Fortunately, the doctor's here took a fresh look and found this fracture and a couple other problems that had been ignored by her other primary care doctors. The ER Dr. White was amazing and had wonderful bedside manner. He actually seemed to care, how incredible is that?! Nothing like getting a full explanation on the current care and future plan for helping my mother get out of the hospital and continue on in her golden years. Everyone was great during our visit to the ER and we appreciate all the loving care my mother received here.

The absolute worst "Doctor" I've ever seen in my entire life. I left there crying. I was treated with absolutely no compassion. Just treated rudely by the front desk person as I left. I've been going to Mt. Pleasant my entire life and will NEVER go back again because of Dr. Giannetti.

As usual, I went to set up an appointment only to find out the earliest I will be able to see her is four months from now! How in today's world is that acceptable? We are not a 3rd world country, and if it takes more than a week to see your doctor, I would say that they have way too many patients in their care. I will be shopping for yet another new primary care doctor now.
