What was once a hardly used backyard is now a well-designed and highly used patio area where my husband can grill and we can enjoy eating summer meals, relaxing in hammocks, or sitting out on our patio chairs under the shade. I love the work they did. They hired men to clear out not one, but two trees (near power lines nonetheless) without any disruptions. We had Chase Roofing & Masonry come out after we started noticing two separate leaks in our roof…read more We bought our house about two years ago and were told by the previous owner that the roof was "newer." Come to find out, that wasn't exactly the case. After their inspection, they showed us detailed pictures and explained everything clearly -- the roof was actually pushing closer to 20 years old. They didn't pressure us or try to oversell anything. They walked us through what was going on, showed proof of the wear and problem areas, and gave us straightforward options. What we appreciated most was how transparent they were. Once we realized repairs weren't going to solve the bigger issue long term, they helped us move forward with a full roof replacement. The crew was professional, on time, and kept the property clean throughout the process. They also offered financing options, which made it much easier for us to move forward without stressing about a large upfront cost. Overall, we're extremely happy with the new roof and the experience. If you want honest answers, clear communication, and quality work, Chase Roofing & Masonry is definitely worth calling. JOB STILL NOT DONE SINCE JULY 2025 INSTALLATION. Chase Roofing was hired for a full roof installation on my mothers home. They truly are not professional. Sales was decent but the installation, ESPECIALLY Quality Assessment, and customer service after the installation is beyond horrible! After the the installation was completed, the problem should have been seen by their installation lead or another worker, as the next day we were told by neighbors and others that there were 5 sections of mismatched shingles across three sides of the lower roof that. The color differences are easily visible in sunlight or right above the sections while working on it. Since this was noticed, we have called repeatedly, at least 2 or 3 times a month, spoken to at least 4 different people, with every conversation documented. We got 2 small sections fixed in September but surprise...they didn't have enough correct matching shingles to complete the rest of the miscolored sections. From October until June, we have called 3 times a month and they have explained "oh yeah...we have the shingles and we will come out and fix the rest" but they never would commit to putting us on a schedule...with it now being 1 YEAR after a contract was signed. The stress, the anger, and the feeling of being taken advantage of is what appears Chase Roofing is the only thing they are good at because honoring a signed contract is definitely not what they want to be known for. Also, have a feeling we may have gotten ripped off on pricing for replacement wood on damage they saw and said needing to be replaced.
