Crash Masters claimed I was IMAGINING the car used to drive much more quietly. After 4 months of trying to get Crash Masters to fix it properly, I took it to Viper and Tanner put struts on all 4 wheels (new parts) new sway bar and linkages on front and back and it drives quietly like new and drives straight with your hands off the steering wheel. Taken care of immediately, after I arrived . they completed a tire rotation and balancing in like 15min. A+++ probably made a new customer for good . They also reset the tire mileage tracker, and reset the tire pressure for to the right level for Tesla. No other shop I've been to has done all that . Also great phone service . Then, my AC stopped working altogether, and they diagnosed the problem (blower motor had broken). This week, my freon was again out. They had quoted me $70 to add freon and dye to see where the freon was leaking from, with the cost to the repair the leak TBD based on where it's coming from. Well, Priuses apparently cannot have dye, so instead, they added freon and listened to the system to see where it might be leaking from. Needless to say, it was a longer process than had they used dye. When I went to pick up the car, they told me where the leak was coming from. I chose not to fix it, but I still had to pay them for their work and for adding freon. Instead of the $70 he quoted me, he only charged me $50. I did not ask for a discount, but I appreciated the service and the value. Next time my car needs a repair, I will not hesitate to bring it to All Auto.
