I love that he explains things well and that he is honest. He also has a great sense of humor. We live in a house built in 1955. It has had issues with leaky pipes, backed up sinks, the garbage disposal stopped working.... Dave always solved the problem. We are now under a huge remodel of our kitchen. We removed a wall, changed out our water heater to a tankless water heater and we had new pipes put in. Dave had to go under the house a few times. He always has a great attitude. He checked for a gas leak and resolved all issues prior to yesterday's inspection. We passed!! My husband stayed home when Dave was here during the tankless water installation. As always, Dave has a terrific work ethic. I asked Dave if I could get his opinions on brand names for sinks and faucets. He said, "Sure" with a smile. I had a list of 5 faucets. He told me that 3 of them, were not quality faucets and would need to be replaced sooner than a quality faucet like Moen. He also strongly recommended the Noritz tankless water heater.
