What an incredibly weird and wonderful place. Three words -- carrot cake martini. Yes, it absolutely was as sweet as you'd imagine, yet surprisingly drinkable. Like, TOO drinkable. Like, I had to stop my self from drinking three of them drinkable. Oh yeah, there's a bar in this gift shop. And popcorn. And hot sauce. And horribly offensive (and hilarious) t-shirts and socks. Prices are really reasonable for a souvenir shop and we saw plenty of hot sauces that were familiar but plenty of new ones as well. My only request - hot sauce samples! I would have loved to buy some new ones, but I prefer to try them first. I appreciate the popcorn samples - we bought some Oreo popcorn after trying it. read more

This is one of the only gift shops that we actually really enjoyed. We walked in and saw a vast variety of different types of gifts and souvenirs. They even have a popcorn station where you can try different popcorn. They have fun clothing items such as silly socks and shirts. They also have a small bar area where you can try some drinks. This place has a bar inside that has Christmas drinks to the style of Christmas Vacation. It was hilarious. They had a large selection of neat and good priced souvenirs as well. They also had a popcorn bar. It's worth a look. read more

Not sure why I haven't reviewed this place before, I usually stop by when in Frankenmuth, primarily for their large collection of soda and beer. They do tastings in the back, I think ranging from like liquors to Jello shots, too. Be advised that they don't have any bathrooms though, I believe. I stopped by yesterday but didn't end up buying anything this time. My boyfriend got a few specialty cans of beer - you can buy beer by the can which is nice - and also some candies. Prices are a LITTLE bit high but not terrible for the area. read more

Tonight was awkward- they closed at 9 per the sign on the front door- we walked in at a couple mins to 8. While looking as seasonings, a young man walked up to us & told us they were closed & we needed to make pay & leave. He proceeded to just stand next to us & stare. We paid for our stuff & he walked us out the door. He said closing early was a "last minute decision." There was nothing on the door about the change in hours, so we had no clue. This is such a fun store with a great name. I enjoyed all the animal decorations made out of different types of metal. It has great gifts and funny items. My son loved this store and picked his souvenir a rubber band shooting gun. This wooden gun is well constructed and durable and he is using it with his collection of nerf targets. A good tip is to go to the visitors center as they have a coupon if you are shopping. I completely forgot to use mine. read more

A funky blend of souvenirs, plus homemade popcorn and an in-store bar (sign outside proclaimed "jello shots inside"...I guess the '90s really are back...but they also serve slushies, classic cocktails, beer, seltzer and ciders). I will say for a souvenir shop in Frankenmuth, this shop has a lot of different items that you don't see in the other shops in town. I like the fact that they had fun little gadgets and toys, Yellowstone shirts, and jackets, car and bike shirts and John Wayne memorabilia. I did not get a chance to drink anything but I did see that they had a pretty nice bar in the back and you were able to drink and shop and that is always a perk! read more

Franks Muth is a must stop if you're looking for great stickers, great wine smoothies, amazing employees, and just over all a great experience. They have an amazing sticker selection that range from nsfw to fun with the family. The environment is just a great place to wanna hang all day. Seriously, don't get me started on the wine smoothies. The employees were amazing and joked with us about the signs they had hanging on the wall behind cash register. They also have these amazing handmade metal characters that range from turtles to the Mandalorian from Star Wars. read more

Had a great time tasting a few drinks at Frank's. We had to try The Perfect Gentleman, which wasn't bad, but the real winner was the sampling of Judy Zehnder's drink (sorry, I don't remember the name). The staff was awesome and talked to us for quite a while. They were super friendly. Cassi was upbeat as always. I think they could either move some merch or eliminate a rack or two and put two extra tables near the bar area, especially in winter months. That would make it more likely a person would stay for an additional cocktail. Overall, good experience and friendly people. That's why we go out. read more

I stopped by Frank's Muth for the first time during Independence Day Weekend, and I cannot believe I haven't been there before! The bar was amazing. Even though they were busy, the bartenders were friendly and made me feel at home. My husband and I had two Independence Day slushees, a Batch 69 IPA, and a Bahama Mama, and it was all delicious! Merchandise was funny, and I loved the sock wall. I kept going back into the store to buy more! I saw another review that I wanted to address. I noticed that a woman at the register kept pouring watery sanitizer on her hands before every transaction. Sure enough, it got on my t-shirts and beer. I smelled the shirt and it didn't smell like sanitizer, so I am wondering what is in the bottle of sanitizer? That overall experience made me feel a little uneasy. I'm sure it's nothing, but it is one of the things from my experience I can't let go of. All in all, Frank's Muth is a great store with a great staff. Regardless of the sanitizer situation, the friendly smiles and hilarious products will keep me coming back again and again. I saw something in the window and immediately had to look at it. The entire team from start to finish was so incredibly nice & helpful. Once we were paired with Jessica, she made sure the experience was about us. She didn't push the sale. She was happy to help me find what was the best gift for my husband. I left a review a while ago about a worker at the store dipping her fingers in water to open bags, which got on my grandkids plushies they were buying. When I returned, I was rang up by a different woman named Lily and she was a sweetheart. She did her job well and was very polite. Next to her was the finger water woman, who I found out is named Lisa. She was texting on her phone right in front of me and the line of guests behind me, even though another register was open. I usually expect this from the younger folks, but this woman was my wife's age! I thought they would take my review seriously, but I don't think they did.
