The only downside is that if you use a credit card, there is an additional 3% charge. Using cash or check is preferred at this business. We were given a 10 % discount on labor. I was also given a warranty protection plan through TechNet professional.com for 24 months or 24,000 miles. This was a great unexpected bonus. I had been there for 5 days waiting for someone to help me. I had one company try to help but they left me worse off than I was and never came back even though the tech told me he would. Good Sam Roadside finally got DJ out to me. DJ drove from Breckenridge 3.5 hrs to CB. He arrived around 9pm Wednesday evening to assess the situation and figure out what parts he needed. He even paid for his own hotel in Gunnison to get parts in the morning. The next morning he showed up with 2 leaf springs. They were the same part number but different manufacturer so they were a little off and we couldn't use them, unfortunately. He drove back to Gunnison (1hr away) and searched for the correct parts once again (all at no charge to me). He finally got back to my spot and had me fixed up in 2 hours flat! He made it seem so easy! The entire time DJ was calm, cool, collected, empathetic to my situation, and extremely meticulous with his work. We even jammed out to a little Tom Petty while he worked. When he was done he followed me to my campsite to make sure everything was safe and correct. He then re-checked my tires, springs, bolts, etc... (still not charging me for this extra time).
