Very convenient, you just go to their location on Sepulveda, one of their guys comes out, jumps in the car, and then you go to the Airport from there -- after you get dropped off, they drive your car back to their garage for storage. We always just have the guy drive to the terminal from the office because they are way better at navigating LAX than we are. They drop you off, then take your car back and park it in their garage. You can choose between covered or uncovered (price diff for covered). The best part is, when you land -- you simply text them that you are ready for pickup and they meet you at arrivals with your car. Then you can just get in your car and go home! Let me tell you, when you are weary from travel, it is SO NICE to just be able to have someone bring your car to you so you can go home. ;) Note: We usually offer to give the guy a ride back to the office after he picks us up, but you don't have to--- they usually just catch a shuttle.

These guys take your heavy ass bags on and off the bus and get you to the airport in a teleporting amount of time. Don't be cheap. Tip. If you book / paid online, keep your confirmation. Take it with you along with the ticket you get when entering the parking lot on your trip. Do not leave them in your car. When you get back from your trip (before you go to your car), take both to the cashier downstairs and she'll validate the parking ticket you got when you arrived and you'll be on your way.

Vladimir, the shuttle driver was excellent, the staff at the car drop off/ pick up were also very courteous and professional. Considering the insanely high rates at other places, AC Hotel offers very reasonable pricing. They also have a great system in place. When I dropped off my car, they text me instructions in how to request a shuttle when I returned. Upon my return, I arrived at the red marked hotel shuttle area and sent a text to request pick up. I waited 10 minutes at terminal 7 for the shuttle to arrive and a 5 minute drive to AC hotel to retrieve my car. That truly cannot be beat. A tip Vladimir gave me was to request the shuttle at terminal 1/2 or 6/7, to avoid the wait of going all the way around lax (and the nightmare of the international terminal). This is completely sound advice, as the shortcuts are at 2 and 6. 10/10 highly recommend.

I was appalled to return to my vehicle to find a parking ticket for backing into the car space. Apparently there are TINY signs hidden indicating that this is not allowed. These signs are impossible to see when there are cars parked in every parking space. There was also NO SIGN ANYWHERE NEAR WHERE MY CAR WAS PARKED! These signs are also NOT posted anywhere when entering. When we first arrived, we noticed a man walking around the parking garage taking pictures of cars. We didn't understand what he was doing until after we saw the ticket on the car when returning after the game. There was no verbal warning or any other indication given that this was not allowed even though there were employees walking around and clearly saw us backed in. These signs are purposefully hidden and made tiny and nearly impossible to see! This is extremely crooked and shady for them to do. I WOULDN'T PARK HERE AGAIN! Shame on you for trying to trap and penalize people trying to enjoy something already extremely expensive! The wait for the shuttle to get back to the lot is outrageous as well! 0 STARS!!!

My parking reservation specifically stated that I was allowed to enter and exit as needed, yet I kept having issues getting in and out because I was told I needed a credit card, even though I had already paid for everything online. Why advertise an option that customers pay for if you're going to make it difficult for them to use it? The entire process was frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unnecessary. I paid for a service expecting a smooth experience, and instead, it was a mess from start to finish. I would not recommend this parking service based on my experience. There are plenty of other parking options available, and I will definitely be using a different company next time. Never again!

Been using this parking lot for years whenever we go out of town (at least monthly if not even…read morecouple months). We came at 3am this weekend parked and left our keys in the car. The attendant even came out and gave us the ticket, looked at our vehicle and gave us a ride to the airport for our flight. At no time did he mention or recommend that we needed to move the vehicle. Upon our return home on Sunday @ 1:30am to pick up and pay for our stay we were informed that we had to pay an additional three days fee. Basically because we were parked on the line (view picket). According to the attendant the owner stated that they were not able to park another vehicle in the next stall. Even with our car park a couple inches off the line a small school bus would have still been able to park next to us. We attempted to ask for a pass explaining were regular customers but the owner would not budge even at one point telling her attendant not to hand the phone over, not knowing she was on speaker phone. I will never park my vehicle here again nor refer any family or friends to park their car here. The owner preferred to loose a customer over an extra $75 because of a small mistake. This is just not how business is done and it was the principle. It was as if their attendant did not say anything just so they can make extra money. Our keys were also in the car and they could have easily moved it if they really wanted to park another car there. Additionally who's to say another car was not parked there.

As we traveled with dogs, it was awesome to see that they had a little pet relief area that was outdoors, by the shuttle stop, and very clean! Our pups had water and were able relieve themselves comfortably. Shuttle came pretty regularly during normal day/night time and a bigger gap in the middle of the night (which I think is reasonable). Plan accordingly! One note is that during busy times, it may be hard to hear the shuttle driver announcing the terminal stops so just be aware!

Leaving, I showed my QR code to the exit and it opened right up. The other times, I didn't even need to show my QR code to exit, the gate would just open. Would use this again. The bus also came very frequently. The one time I went during rush hour, I waited about 20 minutes. So expect that to be the worst wait time leaving LAX terminal 7.
