The car is only driven around 700 miles a year if you are any good at math. When brake measurements are they are take at various spots on the pad. All brake pads wears at different rates. Take in to consideration tapered wear etc. obviously you never have done any mechanical work. Where the heck do you come up with elder abuse. If anybody got abused you did by your mechanic. Seems like you can't be satisfied because you reviewed other shops btw. Why would you change the oil with that low of mileage on it.seems like the men at Audubon liberty did right by your Grammy!

I gave them my name and number as a contact. My daughter dropped the car off with her mother and left her name and number. I called this morning, since I had not heard anything, and asked how it was going. I was told the car was on the lift and the repairs were being made. I said I never received a call. He stated we talked to your daughter this morning. Exactly what I did not want to happen. Full rear brake job, not sure why the rotors could not be turned and for some reason they needed to balance all 4 tires at a rate of $60.00 Very upset that they did not call me as instructed to discuss the work before they started. Total cost $448... Enjoy, I will not be back.

Once they already had my car, the price suddenly increased to $235 with no proper explanation. Then they called asking if I wanted a state inspection because it was expiring soon. I clearly told them NOT to do the state inspection yet, but they ignored my instructions, completed it anyway, and charged me for it. Later, when I returned to complete the emissions inspection and get the stickers, they claimed I had to do the safety inspection again. On top of the confusion and unnecessary charges, the owner had a very rude attitude. Every time I tried to explain the situation and point out their mistake, he kept interrupting me and telling me to "keep quiet." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. This place seems more interested in adding charges and arguing with customers than providing honest service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. ZERO STAR.

First they said $85, next they went to $285 and said they can't fix it the same day. The next day they went up to $485 stating that they spen 4 hours trying to open hood. The guy was extremely rude, we told him that this kind of fix averages from $80 to $240, he told us to fix it ourselves and that he can return our car unfix but we still needs to pay $90. Never going back there again. Give yourself a favor and find real car mechanics!

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pulled a few tire options for me at different price points. I ended up needing 3 tires since my opposite tire was old anyway and I had another tire with a nail in it! I was happy they were willing to do 3 instead of 4 tires, since #4 was only a few months old. I appreciated they didn't try to force me into a 4th tire just to make a sale. The location is good for waiting there because you can walk to a few places while you wait (Primos, Marshalls, etc.). My wait wasn't super short, but I was really just happy they were able to squeeze me in without anything scheduled in advance on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.

As a Caucasian female, I was appalled by the way a Caucasian manager treated an African American woman. His behavior was not merely unprofessional--it was degrading, hostile, and completely unacceptable. During the interaction, the manager repeatedly called the customer a liar, spoke to her with blatant disrespect, and referred to her as "you people." The tone, language, and overall treatment were offensive and humiliating. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue professionally, he appeared intent on belittling and discrediting her in front of others. Watching this unfold was uncomfortable and upsetting. No customer should ever be subjected to this kind of treatment, regardless of the situation. Every person who walks through the door deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. What I witnessed reflected a serious lack of professionalism, poor judgment, and a complete disregard for basic customer service standards. I strongly encourage Mavis Tire's corporate leadership to investigate this incident and take appropriate action. Conduct like this damages the company's reputation and creates an environment where customers may feel unwelcome, disrespected, or targeted. Based on what I witnessed, this manager's behavior fell far below the standards any customer should have to tolerate. I hope this young lady get the help that she needs.
