After the wash finished, I found my front bumper broken and scratched. I immediately reported it. Staff told me they would contact me within 3-5 days after reviewing the cameras, but nobody ever reached out. I even emailed them and received no response. What was most disappointing is that nobody even contacted me to explain their decision. I had to go there myself just to be told they are not responsible. The manager, Luis, showed me a sign saying they are not responsible for damage and that customers wash their cars "at their own risk." However, the damage clearly happened during the wash, and they also refused to provide any camera footage even though there are cameras everywhere. I trusted this place with my car and deeply regret it. If you care about your vehicle, think twice before using this car wash‼‼‼

We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Not only did the interior shine and smell amazing, but the staff was really cool too! I don't ever remember my car being this clean, not even when I first bought it. They reached all those tiny nooks and crannies that are impossible to get without the right equipment, I'm amazed! There wasn't a spot un touched. The whole exterior was cleaned as well, even the gas tank exterior was wiped down. It was truly Magic! The staff was friendly, attentive and hardworking. When I arrived to drop off my 2005 Toyota Scion XB a man was currently working on another car. I took notice to how much effort and meticulousness was put into each individual vehicle. I was impressed yet again when I came back to pick it up. I hopped in the driver seat and noticed a bag on the passenger side. I came to realize that they put all my belongings in a plastic bag for me. Some items may have appeared to be disposable but they didn't make that call. They even put that temporary paper floor mat down so my feet wouldn't undo their amazing work. I love driving my car again and now have a lot more incentive to keep it clean until the time comes to bring it back to Auto Magic Car Care!
