I called O'Reilly's and asked if they had the part. A gentleman said they did. I explained that I had no way to get there and he offered to send it out. I told him I was at the I-40 West bound but I was at I was at I-40 East bound. The young man he sent with the part did not give up and found me. I believe his name was Jason. He put on the new part but couldn't get it to work. He then bypassed the switch and got it out of park. He recommended going into Marion and check with Derrick Muffler, which I did. I just want to say that this is the best customer service I have ever had at an auto parts store, or any store. They were so nice, I wish I lived in Marion.

I also called and left two messages asking for a refund during this time with no response. I'm not sure what's going on with this company but they kept $480 tied up for three months.
