Feather Falls is set up to be pure chaos. Been here probably 50 times, and its always anxiety central, due to the stupidity of the set up of the pumps, multiple lanes, and the only-on-occassion employees that are there to direct vehicles as to which pumps are open. They allow the worthless trash of this area to hog a pu.o, and literally hang out there. It has happened multiple times in frobtnof me, which the typical lowlife blasting their music, snacking, drinking, and not even filling up, and no one does a thing. It's an incredibly poorly run station. It is shocking how bad it is

Plus, their coffee is tasty and affordably priced, whether you prefer flavored or straight black. The customer service at the grill is very good, at the registers it varies from good to fair.

i have been a customer for 7 years at this place i believe it was 4 years ago i had my identity…read morestolen a lot of the money spent on my card was at this location. they don't ID to buy anything but i'm 57 the ask to swipe my ID each everytime i go to buy beer for my dad. i would like to think i look under 21 to be ID but I don't look even 30 again i wish but that tells me there using my Idenification for something other than age!! what and why must it be swiped each and everytime as they recognize me know me. again i don't know what all information is on the magnetic strip on the back but they are the only place that asks to swipe my ID is it to see who and where what people buy beer and how much. i had forgot my wallet one day they refused to sell me a 3 pack of beer. really the only law i know about buying beer is you must be 21 the police will take a picture of you're ID but this place will not let a 58 year old man buy a 3 pack after seeing my ID hundreds of times. they say it's law it's not law it's there own policy well i chose to stop buying dads beer there but i stop in for gas at these prices and they won't take a $100 bill. really? i'm done with this company that tries to make up laws and push it onto public when it's just putting my ID out there even more each swipe. if swiping the ID is nessesary then shouldn't it be in there system the next day? i'm sorry i'm pissed at this corporate Bull

This is a new gas station and grill in Oroville California…read more It is located off of highway 70 and Oroville Dam Boulevard. It has great signage for large trucks. They built this place to accommodate large trucks. Plenty of parking. GAS is competitive and includes diesel and scales. The inside is brand new and the layout is nice and spacious. They have their own grill and it smells really good inside! I picked up a coffee and pretzels before i hit the road this morning. If i was hungry i would have ordered one of their burritos at the grill! I noticed they had beer and wine but not sure about hard alcohol. I will try this again and see how their freshly cooked food is! Good job!

NO corn dogs, only a hotdogs, and pretty dismal overall of lots of space and not much food. The hot food container was nearly empty and seemed high priced compared to other truck stops. Their bathrooms required you to get a key from the cashier as they were locked. The other time I pulled in with my diesel truck and they had NO diesel! What kind of truck stop has NO diesel?

So I…read morewas driving a rental car through town on my way to Redding and it was a little low on fuel and I needed to use the restroom. So I stopped thanks gassed up. Had to go inside to get my receipt as the pump register was out of paper. After acquiring my receipt I asked to use the restroom. The guy at the cash register lied and said they had no restroom. I told him they are required by law to provide a restroom. He finally admitted they had one but no one was allowed to use it except employees. I told him that I am a senior citizen and the one medication I'm on makes me have to use the restroom and if i couldn't use theirs I may have to use the outside wall of their building. I told him that is SENIOR CITIZEN ABUSE! Well I managed to get into my rental car and fortunately found a Maverick station at the next exit. There is gas and a convenience store as well where you can get some snacks and drinks. They can get busy due to their location..off the freeway and steps away from the Riverbend park entrance! The gas isn't the cheapest in town but if you are in a hurry than this is an option. Although I wouldn't buy my gas here I will go to the car wash if I am heading to Chico. Overall a good experience. There is other options you can choose before entering rhe car wash.

Alot of people don't know about this place because it's not on Oro Dam Boulevard. Approximately 1/2 Block from the DMV.
