After buying gas today ( September 30th) I ran in and got an empanada ( beef and cheese) and drinks. This is located inside the Very busy gas station just a few blocks from the casino. Fried chicken looked good but too fattening for me! Price for premium was 5.99 a gallon. They now have 3 lanes to direct traffic! read more

It's a total shit show here. It is typically but not always the cheapest in the entire County including Tehama and Glenn County's, but it is a shit show. It's very very overwhelming. They usually have one guy telling people which pump to go to but most of the time there's no one here and even when they have a guy it doesn't really help much. The guys that man the area when they decide to be here, they do nothing for the lowlifes of the area that just sit at the pump sometimes not even in their vehicles or getting gas at all. Sometimes are just parking there and then they go into the market I assume to buy cigarettes and alcohol. Others just seem to abandon their vehicles and it's just allowed. It's pretty insane and it's the only gas station I've ever been to that allows that. read more

I've never in my life have someone treat me this way over helping organize change that I was using to purchase gas. Here is the story.... When I approached the counter, I had a ziplock bag containing $3.00 in change and a $10 bill. I jokingly mentioned that he might not like the change, but I was polite and upfront about what I had. As I poured the change onto the counter, I began separating the pennies into groups of five to make counting easier. The employee immediately stated that he "doesn't trust people" and that he had to count the change himself. I had no issue with that and explained I was only trying to help organize the pennies. The employee became increasingly irritated and started criticizing the appearance of the pennies, even removing one and stating he could not accept it because it would "mess up his machine." I accepted that and informed him that the total would then be adjusted accordingly. At that point, he stopped handling the money entirely and told me that customers are not allowed to touch or count their own change, only he can count the money. Again, I calmly stated I was only trying to help, that's all. Suddenly, he accused me of having an attitude, pointed to a sign, and said he had the right to refuse service. At no point was I disrespectful or confrontational. I remained calm despite his tone and repeated accusations. At that point to avoid further conflict, I told him to forget the change and offered to pay with just my $10 bill, asking to put $10 on pump 5. He refused, stating he was not required to give me gas.Additionally, he accused me of vaping at the gas pump and claimed I had to be 50 feet away. I had taken a hit from my vape while walking away from my vehicle and was already heading toward the store entrance. To my understanding, the required legal distance is 25 feet, not 50. This accusation was added as another reason to deny me service. I then took my money, and I left without receiving service. I felt disrespected, accused unfairly, and treated as if I were dishonest or problematic when I was simply trying to pay for gas. Refusing service over organized loose change and falsely accusing a customer of having an attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

My Wife & I came in to purchase gasoline and get snack it was worst customer service experience ever. We got two muffins than decided to heat them up during process hearing workers talking badly about us while heating up muffins. Very uncomfortable and childish behavior from staff. If you are going to act like boss telling customers what to do after a transaction is complete than at least take time to print a sign saying to pay first before heating up muffins in microwave. Not be bossy telling customers after the situation occurs. After running your mouth about us. Than banning us for being paying customer that is absolutely ridiculous.Professional Managers would walk up to customers say could you please pay for your purchase first before heating up.If it was a Problem to begin with. Truly Disappointing customer service experience ever. I rather go to Costco than being treated inhumane for heating up two muffins. read more

Come for the cheap gas. Customer service is mediocre at best. Not enough bathrooms (one for all patrons) nor is it well stocked or maintained in cleanliness. It's 24/hr though! read more

Not top tier gasoline. Go to arco spend a few more cents for better gasoline. Avoid the long line there. Also get better miles per gallon at arco read more

Another clunky, awkward experience. Gas pumps are filthy. Puddles of spilled diesel in front of the pumps when you step out of your ride. The expansion of the new pump section makes things better, but not by much. Long fuel lines with no concern for traffic control of any type just lend to the fact that these injuns just don't really care as long as they're meeting the bottom line. Store area is outdated with dim florescent lights and cooky isle placement adding to an already shady experience. You get what you pay for and that's it. read more

Card readers haven't worked for a couple of months, you have to go inside and see the cashier to buy gas. pain to get in and out of.

As MiniMarts go, this one rocks. Fresh Coffee and JunkFood 24/7! All the girls that work here are cute and fun. So if you've caught a case of the munchies or just need gas for your rig, this is your place. And as it's located a few miles from town, I like not having to drive all the way to town to quench a late night craving of some sort. I don't care for casinos, and do not go to them. But, I'm glad this place is kept clean and fully stocked at all times and that's why I will be going here for years to come I'm sure. read more

So I go in this morning to buy something for breakfast. I take it to the counter. She tries to ring it up and it won't ring up. So I go get another one. It too won't ring up. So she just takes them. I ask if you can ring them up manually or match that price with another? She tells me, I don't know how to do that. Do you want to buy something else? Yeah what I came there to buy originally. Really, you're working in the store but don't know how to ring up a sale? You have one job at the store. To ring up items. It was my first, and definitely my last time going here. read more

When you go into a mini mart/ gas station, and they offer public restrooms, they're responsible to maintain them. So, it kind of sucks when they're aware that the lock on the restroom door doesn't function properly and they still don't repair it. So when the lock turns, and says occupied, but in reality, doesn't lock, and someone walks in on you, it's kind of messed up. Especially, when you tell the guy that is working for them, sweeping the floor, and he says," oh ya, I know. That lock never works right." Really?!? And he watched me go in, and still didn't let the guy know, that was walking right behind me, that it was occupied. Smh...Some store owners. Get with the program!!! That could get you in alot of trouble!!! Just saying. OK. Rant over. read more
