Clean environment, comfortable seating from the waiting benches to the haircut chairs. I personally do not live in the Bronx or near this area anymore but I still take the trip to get my haircuts here. They are that good! I personally get my haircuts with Mr Tomas, he's great at listening to his customer on what exactly they are looking for and takes his time to make sure he does the best job he can do to satisfy the customer. Across the street there is a gasoline station and on the right and left side, some real good Spanish food. You can definitely make it a days event where you come get your haircut, and visit one of that restaurants right around to get some great food.

Ive gotten at least a shape up from every other barber there, theyre all good, but this guy is terrible. I had not gotten a hair cut in a month, so i had plenty of hair near my forehead for a decent shape up. this genius thought it was a good idea to cut all of that off and make me look 10 yrs older than i am (17).I asked him about it, he says "oh i was just following the pattern that was there". Im like, DICKHEAD, i did not have a shape up like this before why would you do this BS?. And it wasnt the first time. But its definitely the last.

Super nice guy and he will take care of you and give you exactly what you want with no frills. I've even recommended my neighbors to take their son to this place and now they only come here for their son's haircuts. They previously went to the European hair salon on Bainbridge but we were able to convert them. This place may be small, but it's definitely a hole in the wall that packs a punch. It's in such a good location as well. The D train subway station and many buses are right there, some food establishments, a bank, grocery stores, pharmacy, dentistry, clinics. The area is mainly residential with many local mom and pop shops. Very low key and calm. My brother says he'll never cheat on his barber. Weekends get busy but makes sense since people are off and have time. The fact that so many come and are willing to wait reflects well on their business. My brother doesn't mind waiting either, knowing he'll be able to receive the attention and service from his favorite barber. He moved to Manhattan and still won't go to anyone else but Tony. They specialize in European and straight hair. It's a neighborhood gem. They treat you like family. Go and support them!

I love my hair Salon in Norwalk but felt terrible that he did not have the same luck. A friend of his told him eight months ago about this place and my husband has been happy ever since. Juancito has a way with the scissors. I love that every hair cut always comes out the same (skin tight fade). He receives a shave and that always looks perefect as well. The rates are fantastic. Most importantly if Juancito says he is going to be there at a day and time he will be there on that day and time. Parking for us on Saturdays is not an issue. There are meters that you can feed and places to eat and drink like Lincoln Fried Chicken or the Deli Grocery.
