If I could, I would give them 0 stars. This dealership cannot be trusted. My husband and I bought a car here back in 2011 and 4 years later we find out we were victims of odometer rollback. A CarFax report recently showed that we bought the car under the assumption that it had 58,910 miles when in reality it had 178,000 miles!! The vaule of the car today is practically zero thanks to this rollback. Unfortunately this is the kind of dealership that gives "used car lots" a bad name. We lost a lot of money but what is even worse is the feeling that we were taken advantage of.
Of course we called multiple times and complained to them but they never returned our calls. They told us we signed a disclosure and that there is really nothing much they can do.
