I know for a fact that I asked if the quote and payment we gave for attic insulation, included over the garage. I was told yes, and I know I asked at least three times, and was told yes. The two other people in the home, heard it as well. The over the garage was not insulated. Now I understand, that I should have checked before I left the other review. That's on me. I shouldn't have taken anyone else's word, and I should have gotten the ladder and looked. When I texted the man who came here, I was told yes "no, it only includes over living space". The insulation over the living space is nicely done. I am very pleased with that. Just very irritated that, what I was told was going to happen, and included, turns out it's not.

NRG Pros provided a very competitive estimate and I had a great comfort level with their level of competency after speaking with Loi. He confirmed the process that their team would be undergoing and gave me some tips on some other house issued that I have. Loi and his team kept me up to date on their progress and I went into the attic to confirm and was completely satisfied.
