Her assistants have always been cordial with me. There was a misunderstanding of what number to text or how to book appointments, and we sorted it out. I did have a morning situation that brought me to miss an appointment, i apologized and we sorted it out. Long story short, owning a business is tough, she is doing her best like the rest of us, and we all have our days juggling things.
