Bus drivers charge completely made up amounts of money to transfer tickets. So I was unable to produce the cash to transfer my ticket in person. Peoria charter has the coldness you would expect from a large company and the lack of professionalism you would expect from a small one. They are clearly trying to scalp their customers.
