I called Lori at Furniture Medic on Friday and Scot arrived first thing Monday and not only fixed Dad's primary chair but is also pursing parts to repair Dad's back up chair. This included a total rebuild of rather intricate interspring, multilayered fabric cover seats. Not a simple task, we had approached others and been advised to abandon the original interspring design... it was too difficult... that was not going to happen. We contacted Dave, he did a complete rebuild of the seats maintaining the integrity of the original design. It was a difficult rebuild, think Dave would have liked to have charged more but kept the cost at his original quote. We're very satisfied, will use Dave in the future and highly recommend him to others.

I had to return several times (90 miles roundtrip) to finish the job (rims coated and missed spots on the body) and to have my honeycomb aligned and fix bubbles in my tint. My front windshield was not fixed and the pictures show tint cut short on the rear windows. The middle of my taillights were burnt when installing the honeycomb tint on the outside and he installed tint to cover it. He makes promises, over books appointments and cut corners to try to meet deadlines.
