First, this is one well managed building! The staff, in house and outsourced are always on the ball about making repairs and improvements around the property and building but at the same time making sure that our maintenance fee's are being spent wisely.
in fact our maintenance fee's were just dropped by 200 dollars over a year ago, what condo association is lowering their maintenance fee's?
only 2 units per floor, 40 story building, it seems huge, i do love our view that we have, great to just sit out on the lanai in the morning and get some early rays.
i do like that they maintain the building exterior appearance by a very hard working landscaping crew, Hawaii national landscaping i think that is the name of the van outside when i hear the mowers go to work maintaining our yet again great looking property.
when i first bought my place, management was very helpful with their orientation process and explained the rules with actual videos of the property grounds so i know where to go as my real estate agent wasn't the greatest explaining everything when i bought.
also the pool area was recently upgraded, very nice spa, talk about relaxing! and now the big pool is heated, the temperature is perfect, and not to forget that its also a salt water pool, which is cool i like that no chemicals are being used.
wish we could host party there, but no food or drinks allowed only at the grills..
grills are awesome, go down almost every night to throw dinner on the grill, just turn on and press for fire! i have found them from time to time dirty, but i feel that could be a resident that just got done with it and didn't clean it.
the fire alarm has gone off before and a i have read a sign that states false alarm down by the lobby door, but i haven't heard any in awhile it seems they might have had a problem before but since i have been here its been very peaceful place.
i'm sure i'm forgetting more but for me Franklin Towers is HOME and i can't wait to get done with work short commute home as its so centrally located and be back home with my feet up looking at the clouds roll in on my great lanai and the poor saps stuck on h1 going west. read more
