One of his employees appears to have taken some cds from my house. This employee also stole from SBP Builders too. This guy no longer works there as he skipped town. Also I found that cleanup was never really done after a job. I had to do some major cleaning myself and there is a general disregard for the rest of the home by all employees, using furniture as places to leave tools etc. They installed a door the wrong way, it swings inside and not outside as I asked. They hung a mirror in my bathroom that is still wobbly and makes it hard to clean for fear I will knock it down. The price was decent. Overall, I would rate SBP builders as 'okay'

One company claimed they could finish the entire project in a single day but said they wouldn't coat the garage sills because they were vertical surfaces. When I spoke with Jarod at Northern Peaks Epoxy, his approach immediately inspired confidence. Instead of rushing the job, he explained that doing it right would take two days, allowing for thorough surface preparation and proper curing between applications. He was also happy to coat the garage sills, ensuring a clean, seamless, and professional finish throughout. It was clear his focus was on delivering a high-quality, long-lasting result rather than just getting it done quickly. His strong work ethic showed from the start. He encountered some unexpected issues but took the time to address them, working late into the evening to make sure he stayed on schedule. The final product looks fantastic. Donald Poulin
