He clearly came NOT dressed to do an inspection. He had no tools, not even a flashlight. The 3 major areas I wanted checked he barely gave a cursory glance. I asked about the heating system, he didn't bother to turn it on. He did suggest I might want to get it serviced, gee thanks. The water system, he had no idea what it was or how it worked, again didn't bother to turn it on. Rot on outside boards he looked at visually, when I asked if he thought the rot extended deeper he said he had no way of knowing that. I could go on and on but I think the point has been made. These are all answers I could have guessed at myself and saved myself close to $500. And the roof , we'll he said that looked good, from the ground!! When I called to complain, not that it would do much good since Todd is the owner, I was told he was dressed in linen shorts and a dress shirt because he was coming from a golf tournament. I'm guessing since he only spent 45 minutes at the house he had better things to do. 2 days later still no report,
