When they realized their error, the front desk person told me that she's "not a mind reader" and that it was my fault for not knowing when the last time I had X-rays done. I've never been disrespected by a front desk person like this before at any establishment in the past, especially while I kept my composure and professionalism. Since Patterson sold the business to whoever the new owner is, the service has deteriorated year after year and I've final had enough. Don't believe me, just take a look at the reviews from a few years ago when Patterson was still the owner and compare them to the more recent reviews and you'll see what I mean. I was with them for 10 years, but no more. The rest of my family has already left this dentistry over the last couple of years and I was the last one holding out. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this place, especially when there's other options in town. Don't waste your time with these folks unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and disrespected in front of other customers

It goes without saying but their staff was very thorough in their cleaning (and didn't scold me too hard for not flossing!). The receptionist was personal and the office was anything but stale. Most importantly, because getting teeth cleaned sucks, the hygienist went out of her way to ensure comfort. NRFS is definitely a place to consider If you happen to be reconsidering your current dentist or are simply new to the area.

Because I always believe that early intervention, and being proactive is better to prevent a bigger issue and complications. So I told them I did not want to wait and I would pay out of pocket and not to charge insurance. We'll had the appointment the agreed to do both top teeth at the same visit. They scheduled the appointment and told me they would make the crown there so I would not have to wait. So I went in for a long day. The right upper was fine. The left upper, they just kept filing and filing and just could not seam to get it right. When it was in I was numb so After I had the numbness wear off. The tooth did not feel right. I had informed t b I'm on several occasions it was too big for me and was uncomfortable. They kept trying to adjust it by filing it down. I asked them to replace it. They keep ignoring my request and tell me that the tooth was always sticking out. I KNOW HOW MY TEETH ARE that was a lie. To this day they refuse to fix the problem. Also they charged me insurance after paying for the complete bill when the appointment was set up. They owe me $300.00 and have yet to pay me. They are not patient centered. My husband also had a temporary crown placed and the minute he walked in from that appointment it fell out. The same Dr Cathy that Put in my crown crooked because it was too big for the space.

The guy is calm, cool and relaxed and very professional. I felt well treated here throughout the whole process. His main assistant - I'm sorry I can't remember her name! - was very sweet and also very professional. The front desk were down to earth and treated me like a friend. I also enjoyed seeing some of the senior citizens come in and the funny conversations they had with the doctor. It seemed to me like he treated everyone like family that came in. I was and am impressed. I've had a few problems with my implants since getting them in, but this has nothing to do with the dentist here. Every time I needed to come in, they got me in the SAME day and took care of everything. I'll be moving this week across the country and hope and pray that I can get a dentist half as nice as Dr. Craig! I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing basic to very serious dental work.

Warning: Avoid This Dental Office at All Costs!…read more I am writing to warn others about the horrific experience I had at performance Dental. After a botched root canal, I was left with a painful abscess for OVER A MONTH. The office showed a complete lack of urgency and concern for my well-being, telling me to wait until my insurance kicked in instead of offering to fix their mistake promptly. To make matters worse, I'm now questioning whether I even needed a root canal in the first place. The office's priorities seem to be focused on maximizing profits rather than providing quality care. I'm still trying to resolve this issue, but I wouldn't recommend this office to my worst enemy. The lack of empathy, expertise, and transparency is appalling. Take your business (and your teeth) elsewhere! Mind you this is after 10 years plus of being loyal telling all my friends and family about their services to which all of them patronize the business Dr. Falyn won't even call me back because he doesn't care about his client. Please avoid 1/5 stars - and that's being generous
