This included some large branches already under the trees. My wife and I were completely blown away by the amount of cleanup that was done. I say this with absolute certainty that I will never use another tree service for as long as Above & Beyond Tree Service is in business. We received a very good quote, and the service was top notch. I requested a free quote on their website and Geoff showed up the same day. Geoff was very personable, talked me through the project (we needed branches from neighbors tree cut) and he even walked me through my yard to talk about the other trees/health status. Of the 3 other quotes we received, Above & Beyond was the most reasonable and quite honestly the only one that made me feel comfortable with moving forward. Project was completed yesterday (since the date of the quote to the project completion, it took about 3 weeks which was even earlier than expected). The work was done within a couple of hours, no damage to the yard, and everything was picked up. Geoff is someone who cares about his company and his customers - you will be satisfied!

Right from the start my email was answered and I received a phone call from their receptionist to assist in scheduling an appointment with MIKE. The very next day I had a meeting to discuss the numerous trees, shrubs, branches, and limbs that I needed removed from my property. Not only did the communication go well, there were a number of terrific suggestions made, to clean up my landscape/property , that I hadn't even considered. What a fabulous experience!!!! Mark and our family have confidently working together for nearly 30 years with no complaints. He and his men had always been careful cutting trees for us and not leaving a trace once their work was finished. This last time that Mark came to take down a few trees, we noticed a significant difference in his men's workmanship. Upon arrival, I took Mark out onto my deck and specifically asked him to only cut a specific tree down to the height of the adjacent fence. He said he understood. Mark's crew were cutting limbs and letting them crash against our deck leaving indented marks and scuffs on 3 or 4 banisters that we had just had stained. Their carelessness eventually resulted in a full break of one section of our deck railing and spokes and apparently never told Mark. When he called to get paid, I asked him what he wanted to do about the broken portion of the deck and he didn't know what I was talking about. I think what disappointed me the most was Mark's neglect to follow through on my request to only cut the tree closest to the fence to the same height as the fence. I had plans for that one. When I pointed out that it had been cut to the ground, Mark said, "Well, now you can get creative". No apology!! At the end of the day, Mark should have at least apologized and/or offered to take some money off the quoted price for everything that I just I have described- as a gesture of good will. But nothing!! So now I have a deck with marked up bannisters to remind me that Krawiec Tree Service no longer has the same quality of service that we used to count on. March, 2025 R.R

The trees they planted were not the right species and they were planted wrong according to one of their crew members - the owner of company was going to charge me to re-do the work and at full price! The wife/owner was nice enough to take out the trees which were DEAD by July and the husband/owner never contacted me again. I treat my contractors very well and I was insulted after $ tips, great referrals, and great reviews that I made sure I provided, Frider (company owner) didn't come through for me.
