Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. You definitely will not feel cheated, and they will explain all details related to the job. they are my "go to", in terms of plumbing and honesty.

He constantly emphasized how much work he believed was involved, seemingly thinking I lacked knowledge about the process. Additionally, he refused to provide a quote on Yelp, possibly aiming to give me an inflated price in person. He then proposed a charge of "$1,800.00" for the job!!! I reach out to another licensed plumber in yelp as well, they were professional, honest, and confident in their work. They ended up charging me only $600.00 to complete the job! For my interaction and experience with Mr. Daniel, I cannot recommend Purpose Plumbing.

I have gone with "a friend of a friend" that's an actual licensed plumber working after hours to save a few hundred, nearly $1000 in some cases. They end up messing up the HVAC system with large digging equipment and damaging my metal storage shed siding with the same machine and never told me. When questioned they disappear and never repair it. I will say the peace of mind and professionalism you receive when going with Reliant is worth the extra money. The first person came out promptly and was able to assess and answer various questions when looking at options from replacing a water heater to the option to go tankless to other things that were popping up. Joseph was knowledgeable and did not BS his answers. He scheduled the installation for later that day, and the water heater was installed by 7 PM that evening completely brought up to code and professionally done and cleaned up after. The actual installation team of one was fast, professional, and require anything like "a trip to the store". Highly recommend them at least for a quote and hopefully it works out for y'all.

Finally got camera inspection. They checked the laundry room drainage pipe that they had connected to the sewer. I was told that there was a belly in the piping, but not in the part they did. He convinced us (and the warranty company who pays him for this) to let him drill holes in our ceiling to look for the leak. He never turned any water on in the bathroom and stated he needed to put more holes in the ceiling to look for leaks. I told him to leave. After I hired another plumber (on my own dime) to come after him, they found the problems, fixed what they could and communicated what was needed to resolve it. (It was pretty obvious once they started turning things on. Amazing!) Later, my water heater started dying and they sent the same crook again. He told me it would cost me over $2500 with my warranty to replace my water heater! I told him to get out of my house. And I told CHW never to send this individual to my home again. They sent a plumber that could actually figure things out and got my repairs approved for less than half the cost. The takeaway: these are no and low-skilled people looking to take advantage of Home Warranty work and those gullible enough to pay for it. If they get scheduled to come to your house, do yourself a favor and don't let them in. There are plenty of reputable plumbers in the area - stick with them.
