I was given every excuse that Sandra no longer comes into the office, I asked to speak with her by phone but she does not do that either?? I spoke with her son but was not helpful as he does not do taxes I have used this company for many years for my tax return. In May of 2026 I was made aware for a piece for tax info was not submitted with my yearly return and needed to submit an amendment. William said he would take care of this , charged me a fee and indicated I would be getting an additional return but may take up to 10 weeks per the IRS. I came into your office in late August as I needed to clarify if my amended tax return from May was actually submitted. Sharon was there on the phone and never even acknowledged by existence. I sat and waited and after 30 min, I finally interrupted her to ask if I could speak to someone in office she said no one was there and she was busy on the phone with her computer person because the internet went down or ? I was then given an appt for the following week as my tax person was not available. Needless to say if you have questions outside of tax season there is no one in the office to help you. I received a call from William the last week of Oct asking if I had heard from the IRS- I had not. He indicated I would be getting a letter soon and to contact him when I received this. I am now trying to get this letter to William but he is out of town and not sure when would be available- ?? The amended return indicated I would be getting additional monies however the letter from the IRS indicated that I would owe a substantial amount and due within 2 weeks- again no one in the office to explain the change in what I was expecting vs what I now need to pay.
