Extremely Poor Communication - Deeply Disappointed with Bailey & Galyen…read more I hired the law firm of Bailey and Galyen in Bedford , Texas back in March 2025 to handle my case. Since that time, I have received only a handful of phone calls (1 incoming call, 6 outgoing calls, 2 answered and maybe 9 brief emails--that's it. Months have passed with little to no communication or meaningful updates about my lawsuit. I was told earlier this week that an attorney would contact me to discuss my email and concerns, but as of October 4th, I still haven't received a single follow-up. This level of disregard for communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. Bailey and Galyen seem to prioritize large settlement cases--if your case isn't a "big fish," it feels like you're pushed to the back burner and forgotten. Clients deserve consistent updates, respect, and open lines of communication. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. A huge disappointment and a waste of valuable time trusting this firm to handle my case responsibly. I would not recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism or client care.

Since my ex had over 20 hidden accounts and refused to turn in his discovery, I asked mark to issue subpoenas. He didn't. Instead, he offered a deal to persuade me into signing the agreement: if I agreed to give my inheritance to my ex, he would represent me in a partition to divide undisclosed assets case next. But, when it came time for it, he refused. You owe me my inheritance back mark. Watch out, he manipulates his own clients.

My brother was killed by police and we hired Palmer Perlstein in high confidence to represent us but James & Rachel did absolutely nothing. Communication was absent and abhorrent. They would take 39 days to respond and when we got updates, it was for files they already had. James would say they'll do something and they never would. Before we could Fire them they dropped our case and their excuse was they're too busy. Nearly 8+ mos of being left in the dark and making no progress. Truly, I wish our experience was different but it was simply awful. Spare your family the headache working with this firm. The quality, value and service were unfortunately just terrible.
