Two recent encounters with this dealership, both very frustrating. I have a 2019 Cherokee Latitude with 125,000 miles. Called for A/C service and was flatly told with no service history, they would not service it (at all). just spoke to the parts department - needed parts for above issue but was told by the Parts Representative that I needed parts that I absolutely did not need. I did try and explain but was cut short and was told that I was wrong without benefit of explanation. Of I could give zero stars I would. Bought a brand new Jeep compass and with 2 days started having computer issues, park brake would kick on randomly, heaters wouldn't work correctly, touch screen barely worked, just all kinds of things. Have taken it to them twice and all they did was reset the computer, which worked for a day or so, but didn't fix anything. Got very fed up and contacted Corporate, and they are pretty much the same, so now I know where Fletcher learned it from. Very irritating when you spend a lot of money to purchase a brand new vehicle and it doesn't work correctly and the dealership and Corporate do basically nothing to remedy their malfunctioning vehicle. read more

I took my Jeep in for a bad rotor. It allegedly overheated on their test drive. They said it was leaking antifreeze. It's never leaked a drop before. After that it took them all day to "find" a leak in a radiator hose. They told me a few times that I should look for a phone call but there never was one. We cam in to ask service a question, parking in front and walked though the show room. On the way back we decided to look at a truck but had no interest in buying. My wife and I try to never have two car payments at the same time and her car had several years left on it while mine was paid off but showing it's age. I have a popular truck that hold high resale and people are always asking me if I want to sell it. So when the dealer said that I never really took him seriously. He asked if we could get everything you wanted would you trade us your truck? I decided to play along (foolishly maybe) but gave Ryan a list of all the stuff I wanted in my next truck and indicating I was not going to buy because we need to pay for my wife's car first couple of years from now. He came back with a truck that had 99% of my long wish list along with an offer for my truck that was high enough to pay off my wife's car and require no down payment from me at all!. Ok he got me! Did I get the perfect truck? No, it has a couple things I did not like but had so many other things that were just right. Allowed me to have a much newer vehicle while bing able to pay off my wife's was a win, win win. I later learned they sold my old truck minutes after I left, they really did have a buyer for it! This is a friendly low pressure dealer who recognizes that the customers are neighbors they are going to see in the store, at little league, at church or maybe you know their family. So they treat you better than dealers in larger metro areas. The service department is easy going and helpful too without being condescending or trying to push stuff on you. I found the exact vehicle I had been looking for on their website on a Saturday. I stopped at the used lot to see it. The vehicle was in the shop for its inspection as a new arrival. I was told it would be available at the beginning of the week. That worked out great as I had to work nights the next few days. I made an appointment to see the vehicle that coming Wednesday. I was kept informed of the vehicle status as it received some minor repairs. I arranged a substantial down payment in preparation to purchase the vehicle. Tuesday afternoon I received a text from the sales person confirming the appointment at noon the next day and telling me they had an doctor's appointment at that time. Another sales person had been informed of the details and could help me. When I arrived at the appointment I was told the vehicle had been sold the previous morning (prior to confirming our appointment) . I understand I had no legal hold on the vehicle, but why didn't anyone bother to call me and tell me. At this point I had been awake for over 24 hours and kept this appointment. I was told by the person I was supposed to speak with "I didn't know " When I showed the two sales people now standing there the message confirming our appointment after the vehicle had been sold all they did was stand there and shrug their shoulders. If fletcher staff cannot respect my time and effort any more than that, I won't waste any more on them. Mr. Fletcher your sales people all say you are extremely involved in your dealerships. My family has purchased 8 vehicles from Fletcher, the most recent using Dustin at Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler. We have never had any issues with them and have always received excellent service during and after the purchase of our new vehicles. They have always given fair trade in value for our vehicles and continued service after the purchase. When I bought an Altima from Nissan and it got shot by an airsoft gun before it was even a month old, Jeremy Elick referred me to a great place to get it like new and we were happy to work with him again purchasing our new Jeep! They always follow through on their promises and we will never go anywhere else, as long as Jeremy (and now Dustin) continue working there. read more

This review is in regards to the service dept only. I had a great experience on the sales side but service was an absolute nightmare! I bought a 2013 Jeep about five months ago. It had intermittent stalling issues. Took in in and they said it was the computer so they replaced it. Next day. Same issues. Took it back. This time they said it was the torque converter so they replaced it. Got it back. Same issues. Took it back again, this time they claim it's the fuel pump and TIPM. Took them a month to replace them. Got it back.....SAME ISSUES! Over the last five months it has been in the shop for almost two months total while they kept guessing and replacing stuff that didn't need replaced. Thousands of dollars of work and it was no better than when I took it in the first time. So after I spend five minutes on google I see the problem is most likely a crank position sensor. $18 and five minutes later I fixed my Jeep. This is why people call it a stealership. We have had to take our Dodge Journey in 3 times in the last month and a half. Today there were items from Sam's taken out of our vehicle. When we called we were treated as though we were stupid for calling. The manager in the repair office said that we should look harder. However nothing can fit under our seats. Took them 45 min to tell my husband what his trade was worth. We asked several times what the had in ways of used trucks,because new ones was out of our price range. They then proceeded in showing us a brand new one, knowing that's not what we wanted. They had two sales people on us the whole time trying to pressure us into debt with a new truck, both of them was on us for about an hour trying to get us to buy a brand new vehicle. WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!! Part of the "deal" was that the dealership was going to issue me a check for the taxes that I would have to pay AND if I paid for the bed liner, they would pay for the oil changes, which they did, HOWEVER, they never added the cost of the bed liner into the invoice I paid, so imagine my surprise when my salesman called me to let me know I owed them $400 two days after the bed liner was installed because they didn't put it in the invoice the night I purchased the 2 cars AND paid cash for both. As for the taxes, they gave me checks for the taxes but when I got to the county office to pay them, they were $1800 short! Even the tax lady at the county said she had no idea how they came up with that amount. When I questioned the dealership about it, the response I got was "Kansas really rakes you on taxes". How bout you have no idea how to figure taxes, I guess I was the first person from Kansas to purchase a car from you??!!?? So after writing 2 checks for a combined total of $115,776, I had to pay an additional $2,200 because you forgot to include the bed liner in the invoice AND you don't know how to figure taxes for Kansas residents!!!
