What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a stressful and frustrating situation. After paying thousands of dollars for the work, my vehicle was returned with damage to the hood/body that was not present before service. Instead of taking responsibility, I dealt with delays, poor communication, and constant pushback while trying to get the issue addressed. I made multiple attempts to resolve things directly, including contacting corporate and filing with the Better Business Bureau, but getting clear answers or accountability was incredibly difficult. Paying for major repairs is bad enough -- having your vehicle returned in worse condition makes it unacceptable. If you value transparency, professionalism, and respect for your time and money, document everything and proceed with caution. I will be attaching photos of the before and after below. Please note that the before photos are literally taken by the shop before the service started, the after is the day after I got it back and saw it in the sunlight and they're denying that it happened in their care.

He seems as passionate about the vehicles on the lot as any collector and he knows all the details off the top of his head without looking things up. I can't say that about the salespeople at most car dealers where they rarely know half the details about the new vehicles on the lots. Yet this gentleman who has consignment vehicles seems to know all the history, performance, and little details car fans care about. And it's not just cars, there are trucks school buses, RVs, motorcycles and other eclectic cars. It's rare there is not some vehicle on the lot I wish I could buy but being a car collector is not in my budget. Instead, I was stuck there for an outrageous hour and 17 minutes for something that should have taken 20 minutes max. And that's being generous. I've changed these bulbs myself before. It's a 5-7 minute job with two bolts to remove. The inspection itself? 10-15 minutes, tops. Then came the real slap in the face: $76!! $12 for the inspection. $64 for labor. - TO INSTALL BULBS I PROVIDED. At no point did anyone bother to tell me how long this would take, or what it would cost. And when I rightfully called them out on it, the employee had the nerve to be dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing my concerns, he sarcastically asked, "Well, why didn't you do it yourself?" To which I replied, "Because I can't do an inspection myself, and I thought it would be easier to do them at the same time." For comparison, I called another local shop after the fact. They quoted me $10-$15 for the same job, plus the $12 inspection. And guess what? They would have had it done in a fraction of the time. Let me be crystal clear: AutoHaus ripped me off! They wasted my time, overcharged me, and treated me like my concerns didn't matter. If you value your money and your patience, take your business elsewhere.

The shop said they needed to replace the turbo for my truck as that could cause the issue. After paying $2,700 for the turbo replacement. I picked up my truck and every time I start my truck there is now a loud clicking inside the cab from what they say is an accustom that is now bad by pure Coincidence which it was not making that sound before I dropped it off and has been making the sound ever since And the second time I turned on my truck after picking it back the check engine light came back on for the same o2 sensor. after asking them about it they said they didn't swap out the actual sensor to make me not waste my money. they said they ran a test on the sensor after installing the new turbo and it was good but it wasn't even 13 hours after getting it back that the check engine light came back on. Then they went ahead and charged me another $239.02 to have them fix the issue. THE SAME ISSUE I ORIGINALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX.
