He refused to see me because forgiveness goes against his policy. Aren't patients allowed any understanding? Not according to this place! Unable to listen to reason for missed appointment. Denies having an answering service message. The black nurse is extremely unprofessional and belligerent from the very first conversation. I have never experienced such unprofessional, irrational, lack of bedside manner in life. Not recommended at all. He has no air of superiority or impatience. He listened intently and didn't simply look at my MRI-he studied it -as if weighing options and not just going after a standard quick fix. He took as much time as I needed; answered all my questions with genuine helpful information and won my confidence within that hour. More importantly his surgery on me went well; when there seemed to be a glitch post op he wasted no time in getting to the root of the cause: treated it and resolved it to perfection.
