I like the doctor but not the staff. Today I called with a question and the staff member Maribel or Annabelle is rude and unprofessional. She dismissed my inquiry, hurried the conversation, and when I asked if a medication could cause a stroke, she actually snickered "no.....it is a sedative! It doesn't cause strokes". I was looking at side effects online at the same time I was speaking to her and stroke IS a side effect. She was annoyed so I said You sound busy and she said "I am!" I asked when was a good time to call back, specifically when she is not there. Completely unfazed her. Good luck with this one. Rude, unprofessional and unless she is actually trained in medicine, a danger. She gives her whole office and the Dr. A bad reputation ..and the whole convo probably was 3 minutes at most. I believe Optum is short handed. The bought up many insurance companies without being prepared for the barrage of problems that come with the many people in need of medical care. I am optimistic about optum. I think once they have enough employees to handle the load, they will be fine. read more

I've had the same GP for years, so when I needed to find a doctor closer to me, a friend recommended Dr. Yvonne Morgan. I was hesitant and nervous making a change of course, but my fears went away after my first visit. She is a very professional and competent doctor, and she spent a great deal of time with me answering my questions and making me feel I was in good hands. I'm very happy I found her, and I'm looking forward to an ongoing relationship where my health is prioritized. No need to find another doctor now! read more

Dr. Sabbah and his staff are quite wonderful and go 'above and beyond 'with this service. I especially wanted to mention the stellar service I constantly received form Whitney in hi office. Whitney obviously enjoys her job and her care is communicated even though a phone call. I was supposed to have a zoom visit with dr Morgan today. I no longer live in California as I am currently living in Arizona. I offered to pay in full for my visit. But problem is I didn't get paid today as usual. I am getting paid tomorrow. Well Connie the office manager decided that wasn't good enough. That because I couldn't pay for my visit today then I couldn't see dr Morgan today. I begged he to let the have my visit as it was an urgent matter. See my ex husband was very abusive and controlling and he got a neurologist to suspend my drivers license in California telling my dr I was having seizures. Not true. He spoke for me at all my appointments. I was terrified for my life so I never contradicted him. Well now I'm divorced from that asshole and I'm trying to get my life back. I tried to explain this to Connie and she just talked over me and ultimately banned me from the office saying I could never see dr Morgan again. I'm at a loss. When did money become more important than a doctor's compassion. I highly don't believe dr Morgan would allow this as she is the most caring dr I have ever had. But I hope she knows soon how her office manager treats people. All I wanted to do was ask dr Morgan to help me get my license back. Ive been through enough trauma and abuse in my life and I was literally berated and verbally abused by this Connie woman Today. I don't recommend going to this office while Connie is still running the office. She is all about policy and doesn't care about the human side at all Thankfully I was able to get hold of the neurologist that started the suspension and their office is helping me (without charging me for an office visit). But that's the difference between a good office manager and a bad one. Dr Morgan if you are reading this please know this is nothing against you. You are a fine dr. But your office manager is rude and hateful. And I would rather never drive again than deal with her again. read more

This is the worst excuse for medical services. The staff doesn't pick up the phone calls during the hours they are open and NEVER has ever returned a message in the 18 months. If you are lucky enough to call them during the 15 minutes they are picking up the phone and you have an urgent problem, the doctor can't see you for 3 weeks. You are told to go to Emergency Room (Really, COVID??) or Urgent Care who can't refer you to a specialist, blood test or a MRI/CAT scan. read more

I do not recommend this doctor at all. Last I seeing her was June of 2021 and I was 3 months pregnant and shared with her that I was seeking care of a midwife for the pregnancy and wanted to establish myself as a patient with her for future appointments, she frowned upon the idea of me delivering my child with a midwife. I shared with her the only ongoing medical (mental health) conditions I had at the time and she was not sympathetic at all to that. She ordered blood work and sent me on my way. Since I was scheduled for blood work with my midwife I did not follow through with her order. I have since had my daughter and was attempting to get a breast pump through insurance (private insurance) and since a prescription was required the company advised me to have my primary care write a prescription for the breast pump, Dr. Morgan would not sign the order without seeing me but by the time my appointment was scheduled my milk supply has been drastically reduced and no longer have a need for it and have put my daughter on strictly formula. I am a 32 year old healthy woman and have no need for an appointment aside from getting a breast pump to try and feed my child the natural way. I feel like the denial was more to be able to bill my insurance for a pointless visit than actually not feeling comfortable with signing an order for a breast pump. read more

Too many problems for too long. I couldn't care less if the staff is not friendly enough or I had to wait longer than I liked. I know not to make plans for the next few hours after a scheduled appointment. Stuff happens. If I get out in 30 minutes I can do a happy dance. I found Dr. Sabbah ready to listen and provide referrals as requested or required. He offered as much time as needed. Interactions with front office staff was adequate and sometimes beyond expectations. I care that communication is handled properly and my medical reports are timely and accurately relayed. It is critical that medications are ordered timely and correctly written. Those expectations were unmet. It is my opinion that the greatest breakdown is with back office staff that the physician is responsible for hiring. read more

Dismissive, rolls her eyes at my concerns, and spends so little time with you that you get the impression that she would prefer you to be on a conveyor belt. I started using the clinic associated with my health insurance so I could avoid seeing her. I finally have a new Doctor and the new Doctor spent more time with me on my first visit than dr. After reading the most recent review, it it very obvious that this person is very upset at the world, bringing doctors personal way of living status on this cite and very disturbing to even imagine how he came up with that information. This office does not have its act together at all! I was treated very badly there today. I showed up on time. I was greeted by one Julie, who is a most disagreeable individual who has no business with a career in healthcare as her personality is exactly the opposite of what patients need and expect. She is the worst office staff I have ever seen in a doctor's office. Dr. Morgan should fire her right away. No doctor needs a law enforcement mentality like Julie has in a medical office. And who the hell is she to control access to my doctor? According to Julie, apparently Dr. Morgan has allegedly cut ties with my insurance carrier, but the insurance carrier's phone rep and the carrier's website say otherwise. So because of that, Julie would not let me see Dr. Morgan. I got angry at her and called her every name in the book and told her exactly where she could stick her office policies, in loud, explicit and colorful language. And then Julie wanted me to pay 25 cents a page to get my lab results! I told her I was going to continue to make a disturbance unless they gave me my lab results for free, which they finally did. The reason Dr. Morgan allegedly cut ties with the insurance carrier was because they were too slow in paying her and did not pay her enough. And Dr. Morgan has all kinds of rules and policies plastered all over the front area of her office, all of which relate to money. Apparently, money is more important to this doctor than patient care. Proof of that is, according to Zillow, Dr. Morgan lives in a 2900 square foot home worth about $600,000. She could live in a much cheaper house and care more about the patients than her own luxury surroundings. The aspiration of the medical profession to "the finer things in life" is what's wrong with health care. Doctors think they're entitled to live like queens and kings and treat the public like dirt so they can do so. It is time for patients to say, "enough" and raise hell the same way I did today. Dr. Morgan, I am a person. You have staff that treated me less than that, particularly Julie. Get rid of Julie!!! read more

I like Dr Morgan because she is just a referral Doctor, she gets you in and out quick, but mostly Love Connie, who works in the front office. Connie has the best service and follow up in the industry, in my opinion. Thanks for the recent help, you went above and beyond Connie! read more
