Food is always delicious and so worth the money! My brother and I have had burgers, pizza, fries, cheese fries, onion rings, Stromboli's. And everything is great! I wish they had fried pickles but, I can't have everything. The best things are the cheese fries and the garbage can pizza. Also, the Godfather of Burgers and the Italian Stromboli oh and the chef salad is also, one of my favorites. The delivery people are very nice and always early and deliver with care. I've never been to the restaurant itself but from the pictures looks like a nice place to go. And they have their own app to order on. read more

My husband and I finally made the hour and a half drive to visit Franco's and it was well worth the drive! We shared the buffalo fries as an appetizer and I was very impressed by the taste of the hot sauce, the lightly breaded fried chicken & the melty cheese! Up next was the long awaited and anticipated Sicilian: the drunken Italian with hot honey and pepperoni! What a pizza! Our waiter told us it is their most popular and I fully understand why. Ordered a pizza on door dash with chicken wings, garlic knots, and a chicken ceasar salad pizza (the main reason for ordering at francos) delivered was everything but the pizza. Dasher took a pic at the store of just the bag of wings and knots no pizza, so when it came, no pizza. called and they said "sorry we have nothing for you and can't help you" won't order from here again. my work also orders from here a lot and we will look elsewhere. when you pay 24$ for a single pizza, you expect it to be delivered. read more

Amazing Pizza!! Stopped in for lunch during a college sports event. My wife ordered two pieces of white pizza each. My wife's plain with ricotta and mine with tomatoes. I have been living in PA for 26 years and this is by far the best pizza I have had since leaving New Jersey. Wish I had time to enjoy the rest of the menu. Me and my boyfriend called in to order a chicken bacon ranch pizza with the Stromboli crust for pickup. The person on the phone was super fast and nice and assured us to come in in about 45min-an hour which didn't bother us since we were coming from Scranton. When we got there things were obviously different because of COVID-19 so I had to ring a little bell outside on a table. Someone asked me what my name was and took my payment and brought my pizza out. He was super nice and wished me a great day! Once we arrived at home we dug right in and LET ME TELL YOU. Franco's, once Frank's is a great choice for any of your pizza needs. I've tried their fries, and garlic knots which both were very good, but the pizzas are better. Their pizza ranges from your typical cheese pizza to what I got in the attached photo. It's inspired from Frank's old 'College Kid Heart Attack' dish they used to have. The pizza has fries and chicken bites topped with mild sauce and in each of the volcano looking structures at the top they contain ranch (left) or melted cheese (right). We went to Franco's for the first time on Friday evening around 7:30pm. The restaurant is separated into one room with a counter and regular seating. It seems like you order at the counter and do take out orders in this room. The other is nicer and more of a sit down/full service area. We knew ahead of time that it was BYOB so we brought some wine with us. We really like BYOB places and there is also no corking fee or wine glass fee. There was one other table seated when we arrived. Our server was super nice, quick and was always there when we needed her. I was very excited to see Arancini on the menu because it's usually a favorite of mine. So I knew ahead of time that we would be ordering it for an appetizer. Well... they make theirs different than any other place I've ever had it before. It's one large baseball sized ball cut in half and it's also full of meat. It didn't say there was meat in it anywhere on the menu and I'm a vegetarian so my boyfriend ate it on his own. I was super disappointed, but he said it was good. They should change their menu description of the Arancini on the menu because all it says is 'fried risotto balls, provolone'... there is one ball cut in half and there is meat in it. Then we ordered our entrees. My boyfriend wanted the prime rib, but we were told that they don't always have it. It's the only steak dinner item on the menu and they didn't have it that night. So he ordered one of the specials, which was a Italian Tower.. fried eggplant, fried chicken, covered in cheese and topped with a gigantic meatball. He said it was really good and that usually places put too much filler in their meatballs, but Franco's meatballs were mostly meat, which he was pleased about. He always, always finishes his meals, but this was so large that he couldn't. The special was $18 and he was charged an extra $4 because he wanted a side of pasta with it. I ordered the Eggplant Invotini and it came with a side of pasta ($13). After ordering when the waitress came back I asked her to make sure that there would be no meat in my entree, since there was the mishap with the appetizer. She ran back to the kitchen to make sure and was told they would make a special sauce for mine. Thank goodness we asked. Both entrees came with soup or salad and we chose the salad with an orange dressing. The dressing was amazing. They also usually give you garlic knots, but they were out of them so we were given another type of bread, which was really good. We also ordered a small plain personal pizza ($5) since it was our first time there. My boyfriend and I shared one of the four pieces and took the rest home. The sauce is a little sweet and just perfect and the crust was great. We were definitely a fan of their pizza. For dessert I had a cannoli and he has the tiramisu. The tiramisu seemed to be homemade and he said it was delicious. We went home with tons of leftovers and had lunch and dinner from it all the next day. Our waitress even gave us some garlic knots for our leftovers since they made more! Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be going back. We're glad we went for the first time. Hopefully our waitress is still there when we go back because she was excellent. read more

I always give a disclaimer that I'm vegan because it's likely that my review is based on past experience aka my pre-vegan days. Like this one. I came here a few times to order one of my favorite pasta dishes - penne alla vodka. It used to taste fairly good until they changed it. For some reason, they swapped the penne for rigatoni and added peas to the dish. The sauce doesn't even taste as good. I believe I had tried a pizza slice once and through that it was average pizza. Nothing here stood out to me. There are SO many Italian and pizza joints in our county (well technically pizza wasn't originally from Italy but that's another story) that this isn't worth a raving review. The staff seemed nice and the layout was typical for a pizza place. It's just not memorable or worth revisiting. read more

Do not bother getting anything here if it's not pizza and the pizza is only mediocre. They charge 50 cents extra for credit card purchases and 75 cents for a small side of hot sauce. Used to be frank's, grateful they are under new management, I personally think their pizza has gotten better! 4 stars instead of 5 because when I paid for a slice to go, they asked me if I would like to tip and that was insanely bizarre to me. I tipped anyways of course, but I didn't think that was appropriate. I addressed the issue and came back again recently to find out nothing had been changed. I'm all for tipping and being generous to the people working in the food industry but to me, it's just not professional to ask for tips especially if I just had a slice to go. read more

The food is good and the owners are nice to their patrons but I've seen the way they treat their employees and I have to say it's pretty awful. I have had friends who have worked there and walked out due to the way they were talked to by the owner (the woman) they may be Italian but they sure as hell don't treat their employees like family. This place is awesome! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the food is always delicious! They have a wide selection of menu items, my favorites include BLT, buffalo chicken pizza, and class spaghetti and meatballs. We once brought in a group of like 15 people who all ordered individually without warning (sorry Francos!) and they managed to get us all the correct food within like 20 mins and all while answering our various questions and requests.
