They were able to come out the same day for a quote, and once accepted were able to start immediately. 4 hours later, the place was spotless and looked brand new. Rafael actually had to take out a spotlight to show me the imperfections in the eggshell paint where the new layer would appear shiny over the other one. He had alerted me that it would do that, however it was much less noticeable than he had said. For cost - they are very well priced. They are also extremely friendly and upfront about everything. The price he quoted me did not change, even though he noticed (and fixed) a few other things that we had not talked about. Whenever I need their services again, you can bet that I will call them first.

He took video and photos to document his work and also repaired some exterior trim and interior drywall damage. He also alerted me to where I was in need of new gutters, based on wear of existing painted clapboard siding. Additionally, he was able to clean mold in the bathroom and tune up the bathroom ceiling fan prior to painting. His team also repaired some exterior carpenter ant damage, and I was able to get pest control services in the spot needed thanks to his videos.
