That server did however bring us a glass of champagne. After we ordered, it took almost an hour before our food was served and my fillet w/blue cheese mashed potatoes and carrots were cold and the potatoes had no flavor of blue cheese. The mashed potatoes were hard - as if they had been sitting out for an hour. This was Easter Sunday and we were hoping for a nice meal with my 95 yr old mother. That did not happen!
